المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة المتفوقين دراسيا في المدرس الثانوية الاعتيادية

تولي المجتمعات المتقدمة اجتماعياً واقتصاديا وثقافيا وعلميا اهتماما بارزا للعنصر البشري واستثماره على أفضل صورة ممكنة لتحقيق التقدم والرفاهية لتلك المجتمعات وللأفراد على حد سواء , وتحتل تنمية الثروة العقلية واستثمارها محل الصدارة حيث يبذل اهتمام خاص للكشف عن المواهب والكفاءات المبدعة وتنميتها وتوجيهها ورعايتها علميا وتربويا ومهنيا وذلك لان العنصر البشري يعد جزءا لا يتجزأ من الثروة القومية للأمة حيث تخصص البرامج والمناهج والأساليب الدراسية المختلفة لضمان تحقيق هذا الاستثمار على خير وجه هذا فضلا عن ان الرعاية الموجهة والصحيحة وفق منهجية شاملة ستؤدي بالتالي مردودها في إعداد نخبة صالحة من العلماء والمفكرين والمبدعين في مختلف مجالات العلم والمعرفة والتقدم التكنولوجي بل في مجالات الحياة كافة .

فلابد من الاهتمام الخاص والرعاية البالغة لهذه القوى البشرية وتنميتها واستثمار طاقاتها انطلاقا من مبدأ ان تنمية العنصر البشري هو المنطلق والاساس الصحيح للتنمية الشاملة بأعتبار ان الانسان هدف التنمية واداتها الاساسية .

ومن اهم الاهتمامات هو مشروع رعاية الموهوبين وعملت وزارة التربية على تضمين هذه الرعاية في الاهداف التربوية العامة حيث عملت على تشجيع الموهوبين من خلال تكريمهم في الامتحانات النهائية , وقد اتجه العراق الى الرعاية الخاصة للطلاب المتفوقين في المرحلة الثانوية .وقامت وزارة التربية عام 1990 بتطبيق تجربة مدارس المتميزين التي تلتزم اسلوب اثراء المنهج المدرسي واغناءه وينتقى لها الطلاب الحاصلون على معل 98 % او اكثر في امتحانات الصف السادس الابتدائي وممن اجتازوا اختبارا في القدرة العقلية العامة وآخر في التحصيل , لكن بقي في المدارس العادية الكثير من الطلاب المتقدمين الذين تبدو عليهم خلال سيرهم الدراسي صفات مميزة عن اقرانهم من حيث مستواهم العلمي وسرعة انجازهم وتتبع تلك المدارس اساليب مختلفة في معاملة امثال هؤلاء الطلاب . الا ان القليل من تلك الاساليب يمكن ان يعتبر محققا لحاجاتهم التربوية والعلمية والنفسية .

والبحث الحالي هو محاولة لإثارة الاهتمام بهذا الموضوع ولمساعدة المربين لتحقيق تعليم افضل للمتفوقين الذين ان وجه تفوقهم توجيها صحيحا واستغل استغلالا يتناسب مع حاجاتهم ومع حاجات المجتمع بالإمكان ان يقدم اولئك المتفوقين خدمات لانفسهم ولبلدهم . منطلقين في ذلك من قول الرسول محمد "صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم "

" ان مثل العلماء في الارض كمثل نجوم السماء يهتدى بها في ظلمات البر والبحر فأذا انطمست النجوم يوشك ان يضل الهداة "

The reality of administrative creativity of secondary schools' managers in Al-zarqaa province

The study focuses on identifying the reality of administrative creativity of secondary schools' managers in Al-zarqaa province. The descriptive approach was adopted to conduct this study. To achieve the study objective, the author designed a questionnaire composed of (24) items included (4) domains applied on (80) male and female school managers were selected randomly. The results showed that the administrative creativity level of secondary school's managers over all domains were too high which ranked as school management domain followed by public community domain then teacher domain and finally, school environment domain. Additionally, each of male, private sector, and experience over 10 years revealed significant differences.
