ألذكاء العاطفي وعلاقته بالتفاؤل - التشاؤم لدى عينة مـن طالبات كليتي التربية والعلوم للبنات

عرف الذكاء العاطفي بأنه مجموعة من الكفاءات الإنفعالية والإجتماعية والشخصية القابلة للتعلم والقائمة على مجموعة من القدرات الأساسية والتي تعبر عن نفسها في مجال العمل كمهارات للتعامل مع الآخرين وحل الصراعات والتعاطف، فضلاً عن أن الذكاء العاطفي يُعد مفتاحاً للنجاح في الحياة موازنة بالذكاء الأكاديمي الذي هو مفتاح النجاح في الحياة الأكاديمية والدراسية ، والتفاؤل بمفهوم الذكاء العاطفي موقف يحمي الناس من الوقوع في اللامبالاة وفقدان الأمل والاصابة بالاكتئاب في مواجهة مجريات الحياة القاسية والتفاؤل يُعلي حصة الانسان من المكاسب في حياته.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على مستوى الذكاء العاطفي والتفاؤل - التشاوم، وكذلك التعرف على معنوية الفروق في مستوى الذكاء العاطفي والتفاؤل- التشاؤم تبعاً للمتغيرات الأتية: التخصص الدراسي (علمي– انساني) والمرحلة الدراسية ( الأولى - الرابعة) فضلاً عن تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء العاطفي والتفاؤل – التشاؤم .أستخدمت في هذه الدراسة عينتان من طالبات كلية التربية والعلوم للبنات (المرحلة الأولى والرابعة) : العينة الأولى بلغت (160) طالبة لبناء المقياسين- والعينة الثانية بلغت (212) طالبة (عينة التطبيق الأساسية) موزعين بالتساوي على التخصص الدراسي والمرحلة الدراسية. استخدمت في هذه الدراسة :  مقياس الذكاء العاطفي ومقياس التفاؤل- التشاؤم ( من إعداد الباحثة)

اظهرت نتائج الدراسة تمتع الطالبات بمستوى جيد مـن الذكاء العاطفي وكذلك في التفاؤل ، كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجـود  فروق جوهرية بين طالبات التخصص العلمي والأنساني وكانت لصالح طالبات التخصص الأنساني كما كانت الفــروق لصالح طالبات المرحلة الرابعة في كل من الذكاء العاطفي والتفاؤل. وأخيراً أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن إرتباط الذكاء العاطفي بإرتباط جوهري موجب مع التفاؤل.

وقدمت الباحثة عدداً من التوصيات والمقترحات وفقاً لنتائج البحث.

Psychological stability and its relationship to Integration University and spiritual intelligence among University students

The current research aimed to identify psychological stability and its relationship to university integration and spiritual intelligence among university students. The research sample consisted of (158) students from the College of Education - Al-Mustansiriya University.

A scale was applied: psychological stability, university integration, and spiritual intelligence,   and by using the (Pearson) correlation coefficient, and the t-test, the results showed: the sample members enjoy psychological stability, university integration, and spiritual intelligence, and there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between the research variables, and the results resulted in some recommendations and proposals.

Dogmatism and Its Relation to Behavioral Problems of Preparatory School Students

 The study aims to identify the relationship between Dogmatism and the behavioral problems among preparatory school students. To do this, the researcher adopted Rokeach’s scale of dogmatism, which was modified to be more appropriate of the Iraqi context. A sample of (300) students was chosen randomly to collect the needed data for the current study. Shyness and its relation to feeling of psychological isolation among first intermediate students

The study attempts to measure the level of shyness; the level of psychological isolation; to identify the relationship between shyness and psychological isolation; and to identify the differences between shyness and psychological isolation among first-intermediate students.
