قلق الامتحان وعلاقته بالتفكير العلمي لدى طلبة الجامعة

مشكلة البحث والحاجة إليه.

     من المشاكل الشائعة والمألوفة بين طلبتنا هي قلق الامتحان، ذلك القلق الذي يبقى طبيعيا مادام في مستواه الطبيعي وهو يختلف من طالب الى آخر في صور ظهوره المختلفة فقد يبدو واضح الأعراض لدى بعض الطلبة؛ فقد يؤثر على تذكرهم للمادة العلمية أو الإجابة على بعض الأسئلة أو يؤثر على تركيزهم وتشتت انتباههم وتفكيرهم والتوتر وسرعة الانفعال. وكلما اقترب موعد الامتحان تظهر على الطالب مجموعة من الأعراض الفسيولوجية والنفسية يطلق عليها قلق الامتحان. (8: بلا)

   يعتبر القلق ظاهرة- قديمة حديثة- صاحبت الإنسان منذ مولده الأول بيد أن هذا العصر الذي نعيشه بما صاحبه من تغيرات، وضغوط جعل الإنسان يشعر بأن القلق يلازمه في كل جانب من جوانب حياته، غير أن جانبا من هذا القلق يمكن أن يكون خلاقا إيجابيا أما الجانب الأكبر فهو القلق الذي يعصف بمواهب الإنسان وإبداعاته، ولذلك لا غرابة أن نرى إجماعا لدى معظم علماء النفس أن القلق هو المحور والمحرك الأساسي لجميع الأمراض النفسية، بل هو أيضا أساس جميع الإنجازات الإيجابية في الحياة.

    وقد أدرك علماء النفس منذ الخمسينات أهمية دراسة العلاقة بين القلق والتعلم، وكشفت كثير من نتائج الدراسات النقاب على أن بعض الطلاب ينجزون أقل من مستوى قدراتهم الفعلية في بعض المواقف التي تتسم بالضغط والتقويم كمواقف الامتحانات وأطلقوا على القلق في هذه المواقف تسمية قلق الامتحان (Test Anxiety) باعتباره يشير إلى نوع من القلق العام الذي يظهر في مواقف معينة مرتبطة بمواقف الامتحانات والتقويم بصفة عامة حيث نجد الطلاب في هذه المواقف يشعرون بالاضطراب والتوتر والضيق... الخ.

    فالطلاب الذين يعانون من قلق الامتحان بدرجة مرتفعة يدركون المواقف التقويمية على أنها مهددة لذواتهم، ولذلك تتأثر وظائفهم العقلية- بصفة مؤقتة- تأثرا ضارا تجعلهم ينسون مؤقتا المعلومات التي يعرفونها، وقد يتلعثمون عندما تواجههم امتحانات شفوية، فيصبحون غير قادرين على نقل أفكارهم للغير كما لو كانت عقولهم خالية من المعلومات وعند الانتهاء من هذه المواقف وعودة اتزانهم النفسي قد يتذكرون كثيرا من تلك المعلومات بكل سهولة، وهذا يشير إلى أن مواقف الامتحانات من المواقف الضاغطة التي تجعل البعض يشعر إزائها بتهديد الذات.      ومن العمليات العقلية التي يمتلكها الإنسان هي التفكير الذي من خلاله تمكن الإنسان من اكتشاف الحقائق العلمية وفهم الظواهر الطبيعية, فالتفكير يمكن الإنسان من تطبيق العلم وتسخيره على النحو الذي نلمسه اليوم حيث أصبحت تطبيقاته هي المهيمنة والمسيطرة على الإنسان نفسه الأمر الذي جعله يلجأ الى التفكير من اجل إيجاد السبل لمواجهة ما توصل إليه من تقنية متطورة (20: 40)، إن الاهتمام بتعليم التفكير للطلبة أمر مهم جدا فالتعلم الجيد الذي يمكن الطلبة من ممارسة التفكير العلمي ومهاراته واكتشاف الحلول المبنية على الحوار والتحليل والاستقراء والاستنباط. (18: 5)

      كما يرى (Arends,1998 )انه على المعلم مساعدة الطالب في فهم عمليات التفكير العلمي وبخاصة العمليات العقلية التي يتزود بها هو نفسه في التعلم, وكذلك يمد الطالب بالمعلومات الكافية عن استراتيجيات التعلم المختلفة ومساعدته على اختيار انسبها له لاستخدامها في المواقف التي يمر بها؛ وبالتالي يتعلم جيدا وبالطريقة التي تناسب تفكيره (23; p425 )، ومن هنا ارتأى الباحث أن يدرس العلاقة بين متغيري قلق الامتحان والتفكير العلمي, ومما تقدم يمكننا تلخيص مشكلة البحث وأهميته في :

 

  • مشكلة قلق الامتحان التي يعاني منها الطلبة ومحاولة التعرف الى علاقتها بالتفكير العلمي.
  • التعرف الى التفكير العلمي للطلبة.
  • أهمية المشكلة تتأتى من إن ذلك قد يؤثر على المستوى العلمي للطلبة وهذا غير مطلوب في وقت يحتاج البلد فيه الى خريجين ذي كفاءة لبناء البلد.

The strategy of paracetamol (acetaminophen) use in closing patent ductus arteriosus in premature neonates.

Background: Patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) is a common problem in premature neonates which can be closed pharmacologically using nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) with many side effects.
