The study aimed to explore the school principals’ servant leadership practices for primary teachers’ perspectives in the Sultanate of Oman, furthermore to investigate the differences in those practices attributable to variables (gender, qualification, educational stage, years of experience, governorate). The purpose of this interview study was to explore teachers’ perceptions of Response to Intervention (RtI) implementation in their school.
