Abstract:
The problem of the research is that the person face in the starting of his
profession life is to go to the right profession that he or she fits in when the
person enter the works sea many problems appear to him on of them is his
non-accordance with his job ,the research targeted to know the levels of the
accordance of the kindergarten teachers and the relation between the
profession accordance and other like the kind of level and the time of service
and the research worked with (150) kindergarten teachers from the
introductory class and (150) kindergarten teachers from the kindergarten class
for the study year 2008-2009 .

The aim of the current research is to construct a scale of emotional adjustment for kindergarten children and to set a standard for its evaluation. To achieve this, a scale consisting of (19) items was prepared. The study aimed to design a test of pre-writing skills for public kindergartens in Baghdad city. The test consisted of (25) items applied on a sample of (150) kindergarteners to identify these skills as well as to identify the significant difference between male and female children and if there is a difference between pre-school children and kindergarteners. The results showed the presence of pre-writing skills with a high degree in kindergarten children. The differences were clear in these skills between male and female children and those in pre-school than those in kindergartens. The researcher suggested a number of recommendations and proposals.
