After Zadeh introduced the concept of z-number scientists in various fields have shown keen interest in applying this concept in various applications. In applications of z-numbers, to compare two z-numbers, a ranking procedure is essential.  While a few ranking functions have been already proposed in the literature there is a need to evolve some more good ranking functions.  In this paper, a novel ranking function for z-numbers is proposed- "the Momentum Ranking Function"(MRF). Also, game theoretic problems where the payoff matrix elements are z-numbers are considered and the application of the momentum ranking function in such problems is demonstrated.

The current study aimed to know the reasons for the reluctance of
students to apply mathematics department in the Iraqi
universities. In order to achieve the objective of the study the
researchers a tool numbers of 4 - axes included 40 - paragraph,
distributed as follows:
- Set the first axis causes that relate to the student, the 14
paragraph.
- The second axis includes clauses concerning teacher and the
number of paragraphs of Article 9, paragraph.
- Axis III contains clauses concerning the nature of mathematics

This study aims to explain the role of green target costing technique in improving the relationship with suppliers in a sample of industrial companies listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange. The descriptive analytical approach was used, where a questionnaire was designed that included a set of questions that were directed to a sample of 84 individuals including production managers, finance managers, quality managers, and purchasing managers in these companies. The problem of this research is that the use of Pareto analysis enables industrial economic units to diagnose the risks surrounding them , so the main objective of the research was to classify risks into both internal and external types and identify any risks that require more attention.
