الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة للطالبات- المدرسات في كلية التربية للبنات من وجهة نظرهن

     هدفت الدراسة الى تحديد الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة للطالبات- المدرسات من وجهة نظرهن وذلك للتعرف على مدى حاجتهن لهذه الكفايات التدريسية التي ينبغي امتلاكها لتحقيق الاهداف المنشودة.أشتملت عينة البحث على(100) طالبة من جامعة بغداد/كلية التربية للبنات/قسم التاريخ.تم اعداد اداة البحث وهي أستبانة مكونة من (43) فقرة خماسية البدائل هي (موافقة بشدة، موافقة،مترددة،غير موافقة،غير موافقة بشدة) موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات هي(تخطيط الدرس،تنفيذ الدرس،تقويم الدرس).تم ايجاد صدق الاداة بعرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء والمختصين حيث كانت نسبة اتفاقهم (95%).تم ايجاد ثبات الاداة بأستخدام طريقة التجزئة النصفية حيث بلغ(0.85) بواسطة معامل الارتباط بيرسون وتم تصحيحه بمعادلة سبيرمان براون فبلغ (0.89).طبقت الاداة على عينة البحث في يوم الاربعاء الموافق (14/1/2009).تم استخدام عدد من الوسائل الاحصائية اهمها(معامل الارتباط بيرسون،الوسط المرجح،الوزن المئوي).

  • من النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها هوأن مجال تخطيط الدرس ظهر اكثر الكفايات التدريسة اللازمة للطالبات- المدرسات لتخطيط الدرس ثم تلاه تنفيذ الدرس،ثم تقويم الدرس.

ظهرت أن الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة للطالبات- المدرسات هي(أن تتقن تحديد مصادر المعرفة المختلفة التي تتيحها شبكة الانترنيت) و (أن تتقن المطبقة التعامل مع المتغيرات والمستجدات بما يتفق مع عقيدة وفلسفة التعليم واهدافه) و (أن تتمكن من تعليم الطلبة كيفية التعليم بدلاً من تلقينهم العلم) في مجال تخطيط الدرس.

  • اما في مجال تنفيذ الدرس ظهرت الكفايات الأتية:(أن تتمكن من تنمية مهارات حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات لدى الطلبة) و(أن تتقن اعداد وسائل تنمية حب الاستطلاع في نفوس الطلبة واستخدامها) و (أن تتقن كيفية الأصغاء بأهتمام الى افكارواراء ومقترحات الطلبة).
  • اما في مجال تقويم الدرس ظهرت الكفايات الأتية) :أن تتمكن من تنمية مهارات حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات لدى الطلبة) و (أن تتقن اعداد وسائل تنمية حب الأستطلاع في نفوس الطلبة واستخدامها) و (أن تتقن كيفية الاصغاء بأهتمام الى افكار واراء ومقترحات الطلبة).

وضعت الباحثان في ضوء نتائج البحث عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

Modeling the removal of Cadmium Ions from Aqueous Solutions onto Olive Pips Using Neural Network Technique

The uptake of Cd(II) ions from simulated wastewater onto olive pips was modeled using artificial neural network (ANN) which consisted of three layers. Based on 112 batch experiments, the effect of contact time (10-240 min), initial pH (2-6), initial concentration (25-250 mg/l), biosorbent dosage (0.05-2 g/100 ml), agitation speed (0-250 rpm) and temperature (20-60ºC) were studied. The maximum uptake (=92 %) of Cd(II) was achieved at optimum parameters of 60 min, 6, 50 mg/l, 1 g/100 ml, 250 rpm and 25ºC respectively.

A New Two Derivative FSAL Runge-Kutta Method of Order Five in Four Stages

Thermodynamic and Kinetic Study of the Adsorption of Pb (II) from Aqueous Solution Using Bentonite and Activated Carbon

The adsorption of Pb(II) ions onto bentonite and activated carbon was investigated. The effects of pH, initial adsorbent dosage, contact time and temperature were studied in batch experiments. The maximum adsorption capacities for bentonite and activated carbon were 0.0364 and 0.015 mg/mg, respectively. Thermodynamic parameters such as Gibbs free energy change, Enthalpy change and Entropy change have been calculated. Experimental Study of the Effect of Fuel Type on the Emitted Emissions from SIE at Idle Period

The present study investigated the impact of fuel kind on the emitted emissions at the idling period. Three types of available fuels in Iraq were tested. The tests conducted on ordinary gasoline with an octane number of 82, premium gasoline with an octane number of 92, and M20 (consist of 20% methanol and 80% regular gasoline). The 2 liters Mercedes-Benz engine was used in the experiments.

The results showed that engine operation at idle speed emits high levels of CO, CO2, HC, NOx and noise. The produced emission levels depend highly on fuel type.
