That it is essential to be for us to recognize is that the phenomenon of poverty are addressed most of the doors of Arab countries in general and Iraq in particular, with the contrast between Qatar and another, and that the deteriorating situation of developing countries it is clear that poor people are victims of exploitation and inequality.
That dealing with the phenomenon of poverty should be more present in mind, especially since the Arab world that enters the era of so-called globalization, as more people poor, and the increase of the utilization of materials Arab interests abroad under the competition is unequal and the impoverishment of deliberate environmental and resource Arab doubtless that poverty reflects the great sacrifice wealth, the Arab Human, especially when it becomes a style of life to justify violence, crime and social disintegration, that the repercussions of poverty and social significant human development, including deterioration and poor food, health and lower life expectancy and the emergence of slums and indiscriminate propensity to crime, violence and extremism, but more serious than that of poverty
threatens the social security and no sense of acrimony between rich and poor also creates perceptions cautious about the slogan distribution of national wealth and economic integration leading to more openness towards the outside and more closed towards the inside, and finally to say that the most dangerous manifestations resulting from these transformations is what you will encounter most of the countries of the dilemmas social control at home and trying to keep their capacities due to weakening of social safety net and reducing programs of the welfare state Pham waste of resources caused by the policies of government spending and employment policies and employment random followed by those governments in addition to what is dictated by external pressures from the proceedings to make a slide of the poor in the Arab world is part largest painting social development

...Show More Authors

The current study aims to investigate the effect of the interaction between the use of the improve strategy in teaching mathematics and the level of academic achievement on the acquisition of algebraic concepts and habits of mind among tenth-grade students in Oman. The study adopted the experimental method, based on a quasi-experimental design with two groups: experimental and control groups and pre-post-measurement. The study sample consisted of (28) 10th-grade students as an experimental group and 26 of 10th-grade students as a control group in Al-Tufail bin Amr School in South Al Batinah. The differences in the pretest and posttest gains were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, ANCOVA, t-test, effect size (eta-square), and two-wa

Objective:The current study aime to isolate Escherichia colifrom urinary tract infections(UTIs) in many Baghdad hospitals. The study concentrate on phylogenic groups and this was done based on triplex PCRmethod by primers besieged to three genetic markers, chuA, yjaA and TspE4.C2. Evaluate the relationship of phylogenic groups of E. coli isolates with the antibiotic-non sensitive patterns. Methodology:Four hundredof E.coli bacteria isolated from urine samples from five hospitals in Baghdad city include: Ghazi AL-Hariri, Ibin- Al-Beledi , AL-Iskan , AL-Nooman and AL-Yarmoke hospitals. Future Teachers' Attitudes Towards Cloud Computing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Assistant Professor of Education Techniques, Department of Curriculum and Teaching Techniques Faculty of Education and Literature, Northern Border University Saudi Arabia
...Show More Authors

The research aims to identify the future teachers' attitudes toward cloud computing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from their point of view. The research adopted the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was applied to a random sample of (370) male and female teachers in governmental and private general education schools in the Al-Jouf region, Saudi Arabia. The results of the research concluded that the reality of future teachers' attitudes towards cloud computing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from their point of view is very high and that most areas of using computing are in the field of assessment, then teaching, and activities. The challenges of future teachers' attitudes toward cloud computing are recorded at a high level, parti

Phytochemical composition, total phenolic content and antioxidant activity of Anadara granosa (Linnaeus, 1758) collected from the east coast of South Sumatra, Indonesia
...Show More Authors

Anadara granosa is a species of the class bivalve commonly found on the east coast of South Sumatra as a fishery commodity. This species has not been widely studied as a source of new bioactive compounds that have antioxidant abilities. This study aims to analyze the antioxidant ability of A. granosa against DPPH radicals and its phytochemical profile qualitatively. Samples were taken at the fishing port of Sungsang Village, South Sumatra, Indonesia. Furthermore, the samples were extracted using ethanol as a solvent and tested for antioxidants against DPPH radicals, total phenol analysis, and preliminary phytochemical test. Based on the antioxidant test results, the IC50 value of the ethanolic extract of

Phenol Content and Peroxidase Enzyme Activity in Soybean Infected with Xanthomonas axonopodis pv glycines with the Application of Bacillus subtilis JB12 and Bacillus velezensis ST32
...Show More Authors

Xanthomonas axonopodis pv glycines (Xag) is a pathogen that causes pustule disease in soybeans. Many
techniques for controlling this disease have been widely developed, one of which is the use of biological agents.
Bacillus sp. from the soybean phyllosphere is a biological agent that has the potential to suppress the
development of pustule disease. One of the biological control mechanisms is through biochemical induction
of plant resistance which includes the accumulation of phenols, salicylic acid compounds, and peroxidase
enzymes. Bacillus subtilis JB12 and Bacillus velezensis ST32 are two bacteria isolated from the soybean
phyllosphere which have previously been known to suppress Xag through an anti

Evaluation of atmospheric cold plasma technique activity on phenylpropanoids gene expression and essential oil contents and different traits of Ocimum basilicum L.
...Show More Authors

The current study was conducted for studying the impact of cold plasma on the expression level of three genes that participate in the biosynthesis of the phenylpropanoid pathway in Ocimum basilicum. These studied genes were cinnamate 4-hydroxylase (c4h), 4-coumarate CoA ligase (4cl), and eugenol O-methyl transferase (eomt). Also, the cold plasma impact was studied on the essential oil components and their relation with the gene expression level. The results demonstrated that cold plasma seeds germination of the treated groups 2 (initially for 3 minutes and 3 minutes after 7 days) ,and group 3(initially for 5 minutes and 3 minutes after 7 days)  were faster than the control group. Also, the height average of the mature plants of

Spectrophotometric Method Combined with HPLC for Bisphenol F Determination in Plastic Bottled Water and Thermal Paper
...Show More Authors

Based on the diazotization-coupling reaction, a new, simple, and sensitive spectrophotometric method for determining of a trace amount of (BPF) is presented in this paper. Diazotized metoclopramide reagent react with bisphenol F produces an orange azo-compound with a maximum absorbance at 461 nm in alkaline solution. The experimental parameters were optimized such as type of alkaline medium, concentration of NaOH, diazotized metoclopramide amount, order additions, reaction time, temperature, and effect of organic solvents to achieve the optimal performance for the proposed method. The absorbance increased linearly with increasing bisphenol F concentration in the range of 0.5-10 μg mL-1 under ideal conditions, with a correlati

المستخلص: هناك مشكلة تعاني منها الدولة وهي الأعتماد على الطاقات التقليدية الملوثة Abstract: The country suffers from a problem which is the reliance on traditional polluting and non-renewable energies and the failure to discover and exploit sustainable sources such as geothermal energy. The research hypothesis is whether the modern state’s orientation towards exploiting a modern energy source such as geothermal energy contributes in some way to achieving another source of energy and benefiting from it to enhance the building of a new type of state power from buried energy sources? And does artificial intelligence technology contribute to solving a specific problem by exp
