The Arabic grammatical theory is characterized by the characteristics that distinguish it from other languages. It is based on the following equation: In its entirety a homogeneous linguistic system that blends with the social nature of the Arab, his beliefs, and his culture.

According to studies and observations, lack of adequate materials, overcrowding classrooms, lack of infrastructures, and low job satisfaction are the main barriers to English language teaching in Iraq. Background : The aim of this work is to assess the role of breast sonography  and ductography in the evaluation of different causes of nipple discharge.

Methods :  The study will be carried out on twenty-five female patients referred to the Radiodiagnosis department at Alexandria Main University Hospital presenting with nipple discharge.
