The aim of the research to show the direction of kindergarten‘s
headmasters with students and know the educational technique used by
the teachers with students inside kindergarten , also to know the
differences of headmasters directions towards these technique
according to changing of social state (married , unmarried ) and age
state (30-38) (39-47) (48-56) .
Also shows the sign among the direction of head masters and
educational technique used by teachers with student, where as the
importance of this research shows the importance of the kindergarten
stage and the importance of management .
The role of headmaster and teacher consider the relationship between
them and the mother so that this origin direction shows the success of
this mission connect of providing the principle conditions of
kindergarten‘s management to choice the good simples then preparing
them in scientific way to success in this mission , but the researcher
show the research‘s problem from exploration study between
headmaster and teacher and from these simple experiments of
researcher after using (T) test with two samples , Berson‘s coefficient

technique used by the teacher towards student also there is no clear
point towards the social state (married , un married ) , but there is clear
point to the age state (30-38) (39-47) (48-56) and the favorite is

For the educational style the teacher used forgiven style more than

educational activity inside and outside kindergarten

Four categories used for the Arabic letters, letters frequency have been included in a multidimensional contingency table and each dimension has two or more levels, then contingency coefficient calculated.
The paper sample consists of six poets from different historical ages, and each poet has five poems. The method was programmed using the MATLAB program, the efficiency of the proposed method is 53% for the whole sample, and between 90% and 95% for each poet's poems.

Locally natural occurring Iraqi rocks of Bauxite and Porcelanite (after pre calcinations at 1000oC for 1hr) were used, with the addition of different proportions of MgO and Al2O3, to prepare refractory materials. The effects of these additives on the physical and thermal properties of the prepared refractories were investigated.
Many batches of Bauxite/MgO, Bauxite/Al2O3, Bauxite/MgO/Al2O3, and Porcelanite/ MgO/Al2O3 were prepared. The mixture is milled and classified into different size fractions; fine (less than 45μm) 40%, middle (45-75μm) 40%, and coarse (75-106μm) 20% .

This paper presents a fully computerized method to backup the router configuration file. The method consists of a friendly graphical interface programmed by Java programming language.
The proposed method is compared with the two existing methods, namely: TFTP server method and Copy/Paste method. The comparison reveals that the proposed method has many advantages over the existing ones. The proposed method has been implemented on Cisco routers (series 2500, 2600 and 2800).

This study is one of the efforts dealing with reduce the weight of vehicles by using a new material of sandwich steel, which consists of two skin steel sheets with core of a polymer material. Resistance spot welding (RSW) can be easily implemented on metals; however a cupper shunt tool was designed to perform the resistance welding of sandwich steel with DP800 cover sheets to resolve a non-conductivity problem of a polymer core.
