The current research seeks to know the difficulties in memorizing literary texts with fourth grade students from teachers’ point of view of and students
The research contains a community of (10,870) students from schools affiliated to the Directorate of Karkh, second and the number of schools for boys and girls (79) School and the number of teachers (349) who are specialized in teaching Arabic language to fourth grade preparatory students and there was a section of a randomly sample of each of the students, teachers and schools .

The study aims to identify the effectiveness of employing microteaching in acquiring teaching skills of students teaching basic stage in Al-Aqsa University. The two researchers used the experimental method and a quota sample consisted of a group of (80) students who were distributed on the university two branches in Gaza and Khan younis and on males and females equally, and on four teaching courses counted (20) students for each. This research aims to identify the vigilant personality of University teachers in term of gender. To this end, the researcher used the scale of Al-tememe (2017) for the vigilant personality, the scale was administered to the sample of the study which was (100) male and female teachers. The results have shown that university teachers generally have a vigilant personality, as well as the result showed a difference between male and female teachers on the level of vigilant personality in favor of males.
