Allah's wisdom has necessitated concentrating un human nature the ability of
mediation and forethought .among the aspect of this ability is the recognition of the
relationship between causes and effects issues and reasons behind them and the
sensing of similarities and differences and distinguish the connection between the
subjects and characteristics and the innate perception of material and immaterial good
and bad.
Allah's wisdom has willed not to make his law away from the nature of people of
discovering the relationship between things and their causes, or similarity between
things and their counterparts to use the Quranic text to convince reason and to enable
reason to realize the wisdom quranic text within

This study focused on two areas in AL-Najaf city, AL-Ruhbah and Al-Haydariyah regions because of the importance and widespread use of groundwater in these areas. The two areas were compared quantitatively and qualitatively. For the quantitative approach, the GMS software was used in conjunction with the GIS software to simulate the groundwater flow behavior. The Mesopotamian marshlands faced a massive destruction from many years and this lead to effect to ecosystem. In this study a survey was made on the physical chemical and heavy metals characteristics and microbiological analysis of AL Chibaish marsh during the two months. Water analyses revealed unacceptable values for almost all physiochemical and biological properties, according to WHO standard limits for drinking water. Almost all major ions and heavy metal concentrations in water showed a distinct decreasing trend at the marsh outlet station compared to other stations.
