صلابة الشخصية وعلاقتها بتقدير الذات لدى التدريسيين في الجامعة

     يتركز محور مشكلة البحث الحالي حول مفاهيم أساسية تعكس مكامن القوة في الشخصية الإنسانية وما لها من دور مؤثر على الواقع النفسي والمادي للفرد عموماً وهذه المفاهيم هي صلابة الشخصية، وتقدير الذات,ويتحدد مفهوم الصلابة من خلال مظاهر الشخصية وأسلوبها الذي تتميز به في التعامل مع الواقع وكيفية إدراكها وما تتمتع به من خبرات نفسية وتجارب حياتية داخلية تعكس مدى الوعي بالمستجدات الموقفية التي تصادفها بين الحين والآخر, ولقد بينت الأدبيات السابقة أهم خصائص صلابة الشخصية هي التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي، والوضوح الفكري، والتركيز الذهني للمفاهيم وتمايزها، والقدرة على ترتيب الأفكار، ووضع البدائل والحلول الصحيحة للمشاكل المعقدة, فضلاً عن الجاذبية الشخصية والجرأة والمنافسة والقدرة على المشاركة والتعاون مع الآخرين والإصرار والمواجهة لتحدي الظروف الصعبة والعمل على تغييرها بحكمة وأستراتيجيات ناجحة والتفاؤل بالمستقبل, ويهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على"مستوى صلابة الشخصية لدى التدريسيين في الجامعة"و"مستوى تقدير الذات لدى التدريسيين في الجامعـة"و"دلالة الفروق الأحصائية في صلابة الشخصية لدى التدريسيين في الجامعة تبعاً ( لمتغيرالجنس)"و"دلالة الفروق في تقدير الذات لدى التدريسيين في الجامعة تبعاً ( لمتغيرالجنس)"و"العلاقة  الأرتباطية  بين صلابة الشخصية وتقدير الذات لدى التدريسيين في الجامعة, وتتكون عينة البحث الحالي من خلال أخذ عينتين من مجتمع البحث "الأولى" عينة بناء المقياس عددها (20) تدريسيا وتدريسية"والثانية"عينة التطبيق الأساسية والبالغ عددها (50) تدريسيا وتدريسية, علما أن العينة الأولى عينة بناء المقياس تختلف عن عينة التطبيق الأساسية,أذ بلغ عدد التدريسيين من الذكور (25) وبلغ عدد التدريسيات من الأناث (25) وتم أختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية لكلا الجنسين ليتسنى للباحثان توزيعهما بالتساوي حسب متغير الجنس, فقد توصل الباحثان من خلال أهدافهما إلى جملة من النتائج المهمة ومن أهمها:

  1. وجود فروق ذات دلالة أحصائية في مستوى قياس صلابة الشخصية عند التدريسيين في جامعة بغداد عند مستوى دلالة (0،001).
  2. وجود فروق ذات دلالة أحصائية في مستوى قياس تقديرالذات لدى التدريسيين في جامعة بغداد عند مستوى دلالة (0،001).
  3. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة أحصائية في مقياس صلابة الشخصية وفقا لمتغير الجنس(الذكور والأناث) عند مستوى دلالة (0،001).
  4. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة أحصائية في مقياس تقديرالذات وفقا لمتغير الجنس (الذكور والأناث )عند مستوى دلالة (0،001).
  5. وجود علاقة أرتباطية أيجابية عالية بين مقياس صلابة الشخصية ومقياس تقديرالذات عند التدريسيين في جامعة بغداد عند مستوى دلالة (0،001) ,وأستنتج الباحثان مايأتي:

1- أن صلابة الشخصية تعني قوة التحمل التي تمنح الفرد القدرة على أختيار المستقبل المنشود ,لأن الشخصية الصلبة حسب وجهة النظر الوجودية تعي واقعها وتدرك الجوانب الإيجابية في وجودها وبهذا تستطيع تحديد مسارها وبناء حياتها ومواجهة الصعوبات التي تمر بها.

2- تعد صلابة الشخصية هي القوة الدافعة الأولية التي تدفع للأستمرار والتغيير نحو الأفضل وتحدي الصعوبات ,فالشخصية الإنسانية هي مركز الوجدان أو الجانب الإيجابي عند الأنسان .

3- أن الشخصية المتمتعة بتقدير ذات عال تعمل على حماية نفسها من الأمراض النفسجسمية.
