The current study aimed to identify the difficulties faced by the student in mathematics and possible proposals to address these difficulties. of hours of natural sleep per person) for young people.
Methodology: The study was conducted on students at the student community of the Technical

Methodology: A quasi-experimental design was carried out with the application of pre- post test for the study and the control group. Purposive sample, consists of (60) pregnant women diagnosed with anemia attending four health care centers in Baquba city.
