( الثقافة التنظيمية لرؤساء الأقسام العلمية في جامعة بغداد في ضوء معايير ادارة الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر التدريسيين)

هدف البحث الى تعرف :

1- مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية لرؤساء الأقسام العلمية في كليات جامعة بغداد.

2- الأهمية النسبية لأبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية لرؤساء الاقسام العلمية  في كليات جامعة بغداد.

بلغت العينة (380) تدريسي وتدريسية من الأقسام العلمية في كليات جامعة بغداد المتمثلة بـ (كلية الهندسة، كلية العلوم، كلية الإعلام، وكلية التربية للبنات)، اعتمدت الاستبانة أداة لتحقيق أهداف البحث، استخدمت الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS) للمعالجة الإحصائية .وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث :

  1. هناك مستوى جيد من الثقافة التنظيمية يتمتع بها رؤساء الأقسام العلمية في جامعة بغداد.
  2. تركيز رؤساء القسام العلمية في جامعة بغداد على بعض أبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية  وقلة الاهتمام بالأخرى فأظهرت نتائج البحث  ان بعد( الرقابة على الأداء ) قد حصل على أعلى وزن مئوي بين الأبعاد ، في حين حصل بعد (التوجه بالنتائج ) على أقل وزن مئوي رغم انه  من الأبعاد المهمة  في العملية التعليمة الجامعية كونه يرتبط بحاجات ومتغيرات سوق العمل وحاجة المجتمع من الطاقات البشرية .

This study aimed to discover the reality of the teacher's maintainced of order and classroom management from the perspective of teachers themselves.

A social survey with an introduce sample that consist (180) male and female teachers from the provinces of Ajloun and Jerash in 2008-2009. Evaluating Supervision’s Performance of Specialist Supervisors in Secondary Schools from Principals’ Perspectives

The objective of the research is to identify the level of supervisory performance of the educational supervisor from the point of view of headmasters at secondary schools. The problem was the need to evaluate performance. A sample of (97) school headmasters was chosen to collect the needed data, they proportionated (38%) of the total community. the researcher designed a questionnaire consisted of (43) paragraphs with five areas. The results showed that there is a good level of performance among supervisors; there are no significant differences in the variable of the certificate, while there were significant differences in terms of gender for the benefit of males. The research concluded with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
