In this paper , some of lexical stylistic , syntactical stylistic  devices , and one phonetic stylistic device are going to be illustrated in the study of the aphorisms of “life and death” . These stylistic  devices are parallelism , hyperbole , alliteration , meiosis , irony , oxymoron , cliché , litotes , metalepsis , and loose sentences.  This paper aims at identifying the functions and the  frequencies of these devices. These stylistic devices make one speech and writing more interesting and help to get the attention of readers/ listeners

Objective: The study aims at evaluating the psychological support and discharge plan from the hospital provided by nurses for woman undergone hysterectomy.
Methodology: The study uses descriptive design and non-probability (convenient) sample which is consisted of (40) nurses from (8) teaching hospitals in the City of Baghdad within the maternity wards. The present work included study of the effects of weather conditions such as solar radiation and  ambient temperature on solar panels (monocrystalline 30 Watts) via proposed mathematical model, MATLAB_Simulation was used by scripts file to create a special code to solve the mathematical model , The latter is single –diode model (Five parameter) ,Where the effect of ambient temperature and solar radiation on the output of the solar panel was studied, the Newton Raphson method was used to find the  output current of the solar panel and plot P-V ,I-V curves, the performance of the PV was determined at Standard Test Condition (STC) (1000W/m2)and a comparison between theoretical and experimental results were done .The best efficiency

Semi-parametric models analysis is one of the most interesting subjects in recent studies due to give an efficient model estimation. The problem when the response variable has one of two values either 0 ( no response) or one – with response which is called the logistic regression model.

We compare two methods Bayesian and . Then the results were compared using MSe criteria.

A simulation had been used to study the empirical behavior for the Logistic model , with  different sample sizes and variances. The results using represent that the Bayesian method is better than the   at small samples sizes.
