This research aims to investigate the impact of a training program for teachers of chemistry according to the strategies for both sides of the brain together in academic achievement for their students, the sample consisted of a 12 teachers of both genders who are teaching chemistry for the students of the fifth scientific secondary schools of the General Directorate for the Education in Garmiyan/Sulaymaniyah governorate, Iraqi Kurdistan region, where five teachers of them randomly selected to involve the training program, and seven teachers did not participate in the proposed training program, where a sample of students was selected for each group of teachers about 147 male and female students for teachers of the experiment

The study showed three river turns that are Sindia turn with length 4723m, turn wave 3599 average width 267.6, Zanbour turn length 11374m, turn wave 7110 average width 307.5m,and Dojama turn with length 5876m, turn wave 4982m average width 313.4m. The effect of superficial gas velocity within the range 0.01-0.164 m/s on gas holdup (overall, riser and down comer), volumetric oxygen mass transfer coefficient, liquid circulation velocity was studied in an internal loop concentric tubes airlift reactor (working volume 45 liters). It was shown that as the u_sg increases the gas holdup and also the liquid circulation velocity increase. Also it was found that increasing superficial gas velocity lead to increase the interfacial area that increases the overall oxygen mass transfer coefficient. The hydrodynamic experimental results were modeled with the available equations in the literature. The predicted data gave an acceptable accuracy with the empirical data.
