تنجح المدرسة في تنميتها تنمية صحيحة " ولأنّهُ يصطدم بعوامل معوقة متعددة منها ثنائية اللغة ،
وكثافة الصفوف ، وغياب المنهج ، وٕاهمال التصحيح، ووضع المدرس لكلمة "لوحظ" من غير
ملاحظة شيء وقلة الحصص ، وضعف الربط بين فروع اللغة ، والتساهل في إعداد المدرس.
وقد كان من نتائج د ا رسة أجرتها المنظمة العربية للتربية والثقافة والعلوم ،أنَّ مستوى مدرس اللغة
العربية غير مناسب ، وأنَّهُ يصل إلى درجة الضعف ؛ ذلك لقصور قد ا رته التعبيرية ، والتذوقية ،
والنحوية ، والهجائية ، والخطية ، قصور في ثقافته العصرية ، وعدم تمكنه من ط ا رئق التدريس
الحديثة ، وتطو ا رتها "وقد يجهد المدرس نفسه في تلقين طلابه القواعد النحوية التي لم تنفعهم ؛
لأنَّهم لايملكون القدرة على الكلام أو الكتابة ، وقد شبه الع ا زويّ ذلك كمن يعين حارساً ثم لايهيئ له
مايحرسه، فنحن نعنى بتلقين الطلبة القواعد ولانربي فيهم ملكة التعبير التي تكون القواعد بمنزلة

The current research aims to determine the requirements of Trends of International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS 2019) and to find out the extent to which the content of science textbooks for grades (1-4) in the Sultanate of Oman includes the requirements of (TIMSS 2019). Only the content dimension has been taken into account when conducting the content analysis. The study population includes all science books from the first to the fourth grade for the academic year 2021-2022. The study identified and organized the requirements in the study tool, which is a list of requirements of (TIMSS 2019). The proposed method was conducted and validated according to International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) requirements. The chromatographic parameters were as follows: column of octyldecylsilyl C18 with dimensions (150 × 4.6) mm, mobile phase composed of acetonitrile with phosphoric acid with a ratio of 50 to 50 each using isocratic mode, flow rate of 1.5 mL/min and injection volume of 5 μL.
