إن التعبير ينوء بأثقال كبيرة ، وهذه المشكلة قد تتضاعف ،لأنَّ التعبير يحتاج إلى مها ا رت " لم
تنجح المدرسة في تنميتها تنمية صحيحة " ولأنّهُ يصطدم بعوامل معوقة متعددة منها ثنائية اللغة ،
وكثافة الصفوف ، وغياب المنهج ، وٕاهمال التصحيح، ووضع المدرس لكلمة "لوحظ" من غير
ملاحظة شيء وقلة الحصص ، وضعف الربط بين فروع اللغة ، والتساهل في إعداد المدرس.
وقد كان من نتائج د ا رسة أجرتها المنظمة العربية للتربية والثقافة والعلوم ،أنَّ مستوى مدرس اللغة
العربية غير مناسب ، وأنَّهُ يصل إلى درجة الضعف ؛ ذلك لقصور قد ا رته التعبيرية ، والتذوقية ،
والنحوية ، والهجائية ، والخطية ، قصور في ثقافته العصرية ، وعدم تمكنه من ط ا رئق التدريس
الحديثة ، وتطو ا رتها "وقد يجهد المدرس نفسه في تلقين طلابه القواعد النحوية التي لم تنفعهم ؛
لأنَّهم لايملكون القدرة على الكلام أو الكتابة ، وقد شبه الع ا زويّ ذلك كمن يعين حارساً ثم لايهيئ له
مايحرسه، فنحن نعنى بتلقين الطلبة القواعد ولانربي فيهم ملكة التعبير التي تكون القواعد بمنزلة
الحارس لها "
يمثل الكتاب كشاف لمجلة الاستاذ للعلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية والتي تصدرها الكلية وغطي الكشاف اعداد المجلة ابتداءً من العدد 50 الذي صدر في عام 2002 ولغاية العدد (104) الذي صدر 2009 . وكان عدد الابحاث المنشورة (1217 ) بحثا وكانت (985 باللغة العربية و 173 باللغة الانكليزية و 50 باللغة الكردية 9 باللغة الاخرى ) .
The study of political thought of Seyyed Mohammad Bahar Al-Oloom had considered as a guide of Islamic scientific, social and political character. He is a person from great family which rich in religion, scientific and intellectual heritage containing great history. He concerns with history of Iraq, and what this family had presented more victims of their members for home Iraq.

The aim of the study was to find out the correlations and impact between the variable of ethical leadership behavior and university performance at Sumer University. Use the descriptive analytical method by adopting the questionnaire tool to collect data. The questionnaire was distributed electronically to 113 teachers at Sumer University and the response was from 105 teachers. The research results showed that there is a correlation and effect relationship between the search variables. In addition, the responding university does not have ethically defined standards in terms of performance of the work of the cadres working there.
