هدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على اثر استراتيجية الياءات الخمس في التميه مهارة الاشغال المعدنية ، وتبلورت مشكلة البحث عن السؤال الاتي هل يوجد دور لاستراتيجية الياءات الخمس في تنمية مهارة الاشغال المعدنية لدى طلبة كلية التربية الاساسية ، عينة البحث شملت 60 طالب، اما الاستنتاجات التي توصل اليها البحث - تسهم استراتيجية في زيادة الدافعية نحو التعلم , لما توفره فيه من الجو التفاعلي الذي كسر الجمود مما انعكس ايجابياً

:  The objective of this research is to demonstrate the possibility of applying the principles of corporate governance in the General Authority for taxes, as the goal to identify the basic requirements for the application of the principles of corporate governance in the GCT with an indication of the role of governance in improving the strategic performance of tax administration. The research aimed at finding out the effect of functional rotation on the tax performance of the employees of the General Authority for Taxes through the five-meter questionnaire prepared according to the required data. The data obtained from the research sample were analyzed. The results showed a significant effect of recycling In the tax performance, and this is evident from the proportion of his contribution to the interpretation of the total variation, which is a good indicator of the impact of functional rotation in the performance of the body sample research.
