The followers of the reality of the decision application faculty in departments of faculties of education of the University of Baghdad, it is noted that there are many shortcomings, which relate to Path, management, design, and evaluation, Coming from the work of the researcher as a teacher and supervisor, as well as to inform the researcher on many of the studies and literature, luck researcher on the article there are no courses are clear in theory and in practice the decision of the applications teaching, and often puts the teacher education curriculum, which lacks the link between the theoretical and practical, either in relation to its management, there is no office for the management and coordination at the University of Baghdad or the colleges of, to oversee directly through the sections colleges applications and teaching within the college application school outside the college, given the multiplicity of groups involved, there are no clear programs to deal with the parties involved, to determine the tasks and roles expected. Either in terms of design is the absence of specific mechanisms for the implementation stages of teaching applications. This research aims to analyze the indicators of spatial variation in the guide of health field in both Al-Adhamiyah and Rusafa districts according to the environmental and administrative units in 2016. The analysis was done by groups of health guide indicators. The objectives of the study were to identify the spatial variation of health services and assess the health situation for families following the environmental and administrative units of the studied area. This research was carried out to study the effect of plants on the wetted area for two soil types in Iraq and predict an equation to determine the wetted radius and depth for two different soil types cultivated with different types of plants, the wetting patterns for the soils were predicted at every thirty minute for a total irrigation time equal to 3 hr.
