The followers of the reality of the decision application faculty in departments of faculties of education of the University of Baghdad, it is noted that there are many shortcomings, which relate to Path, management, design, and evaluation, Coming from the work of the researcher as a teacher and supervisor, as well as to inform the researcher on many of the studies and literature, luck researcher on the article there are no courses are clear in theory and in practice the decision of the applications teaching, and often puts the teacher education curriculum, which lacks the link between the theoretical and practical, either in relation to its management, there is no office for the management and coordination at the University of Baghdad or the colleges of, to oversee directly through the sections colleges applications and teaching within the college application school outside the college, given the multiplicity of groups involved, there are no clear programs to deal with the parties involved, to determine the tasks and roles expected. Either in terms of design is the absence of specific mechanisms for the implementation stages of teaching applications. A survey to show the reality of educational guidance in schools in Baghdad Rusafa 3\ from the point of view of educational guides. It used the analytical descriptive technique. The research community consists of () male and female advisors in schools of Baghdad. The sample was haphazard( 51\.) The questionnaire was made and it consists (50) items. In this paper, simulation studies and applications of the New Weibull-Inverse Lomax (NWIL) distribution were presented. In the simulation studies, different sample sizes ranging from 30, 50, 100, 200, 300, to 500 were considered. Also, 1,000 replications were considered for the experiment. NWIL is a fat tail distribution. Higher moments are not easily derived except with some approximations. However, the estimates have higher precisions with low variances. Finally, the usefulness of the NWIL distribution was illustrated by fitting two data sets
