Researcher has prepared plans for teaching specific subjects for the experiment and then prepared a test for the acquisition of concepts for each topic. By (30) test paragraph, paragraphs and analyzed statistically was the difficulty level of the vertebrae of the test ranged between (0.75-0.77), while the power of discrimination ranged between paragraphs (0.30-0.77). Researcher and confirmed the veracity of the test by submitting it to a group of experts, and by persistence statistically using Pearson's correlation coefficient, as the stability coefficient (0.77), and the experiment lasted for two months for research. And results of the experiment resulted in the superiority of the experimental group the control group students.

The article considers semantic and stylistic motivations for using obsolete lexicon (historicisms) in the text of a work of art. The specifics of the functioning of this process are presented against the background of the features of the contemporary Russian literary language. Attention is focused on the fact that the layer of obsolete lexical units belongs to a number of nationally specific vocabulary, the development of which forms an understanding of the nature of the actualized language. The current study was conducted for studying the impact of cold plasma on the expression level of three genes that participate in the biosynthesis of the phenylpropanoid pathway in Ocimum basilicum. These studied genes were cinnamate 4-hydroxylase (c4h), 4-coumarate CoA ligase (4cl), and eugenol O-methyl transferase (eomt). Also, the cold plasma impact was studied on the essential oil components and their relation with the gene expression level.
