Job stress is considered one of the most important obstacles that may appear in the work field. The institutions of higher education and scientific research are the strategic institutions in the field of investing the human resources.

Expenditure on such institutions is considered a long – term investment. Thus, the financial balancing in such institutions is not a traditional one.

These institutions are not for profit organizations.

    In view of the fact that high blood pressure is one of the serious human diseases that a person can get without having to feel them, which is caused by many reasons therefore it became necessary to do research in this subject and to express these many factors by specific causes through studying it using (factor analysis).
