This study aimed to determine the extent matching his chemistry for fourth grade scientific quality standards, from the point of view of male and female teachers. The study sample consisted of (96) as a teacher and school representing schools six Baghdad educations (Rusafa - Karkh), and search tool consisted of identifying closed, accounting standards and specifications should be available in a chemistry book, after it has been ascertained from the sincerity and persistence. The percentage used Pearson correlation coefficient and the Fisher equation and weight percentile, as a means to describe the statistical analysis and interpretation of the results that have been reached. The results revealed that the percentage of matching subjects of the book with the standards and conditions to be provided therein, reached (3,161) and weight percentage reached (0,632). These values fall within the third level (Medom) of gradient Quintet in scale adopted, the study recommended the need to adopt standards of quality in planning, implementing and evaluating the educational system, especially in the textbook, and the involvement of specialists, educators and professionals in the construction and organization of the textbook, suitable themes for individual differences among students age and stage them, and increase the weekly classes, and the adoption of the vertical and horizontal organization in building scientific subjects.

A novel fractal design scheme has been introduced in this paper to generate microstrip bandpass filter designs with miniaturized sizes for wireless applications. The presented fractal scheme is based on Minkowski-like prefractal geometry. The space-filling property and self-similarity of this fractal geometry has found to produce reduced size symmetrical structures corresponding to the successive iteration levels. Rice is a major staple food for more than two thirds of the world population. Pathogenesis-related proteins-10 (PR10) have a range of 154 to 163 amino acid with molecular weight ~ 17 kDa. They are acidic and generally intracellular and cytosolic proteins accumulate in plants in response to biotic and abiotic stresses.
