This study aimed to determine the extent matching his chemistry for fourth grade scientific quality standards, from the point of view of male and female teachers. The study sample consisted of (96) as a teacher and school representing schools six Baghdad educations (Rusafa - Karkh), and search tool consisted of identifying closed, accounting standards and specifications should be available in a chemistry book, after it has been ascertained from the sincerity and persistence. The percentage used Pearson correlation coefficient and the Fisher equation and weight percentile, as a means to describe the statistical analysis and interpretation of the results that have been reached. The results revealed that the percentage of matching subjects of the book with the standards and conditions to be provided therein, reached (3,161) and weight percentage reached (0,632). These values fall within the third level (Medom) of gradient Quintet in scale adopted, the study recommended the need to adopt standards of quality in planning, implementing and evaluating the educational system, especially in the textbook, and the involvement of specialists, educators and professionals in the construction and organization of the textbook, suitable themes for individual differences among students age and stage them, and increase the weekly classes, and the adoption of the vertical and horizontal organization in building scientific subjects.

The aim of the research is to identify the effect of using the self-questioning strategy on the achievement of fourth-grade students in science and the development of their reflective thinking in physics in the city of Baghdad. This study aimed to show the extent of compliance with the income taxpayer to provide tax returns and increase the speed of collection of these taxes in addition to increasing confidence in Income Tax department and reduce the number of cases transferred to the courts and promote taxpayer awareness in charge of the importance of system self-assessment, and study sought to investigate the effect of the existence of records documents, technical audit, and computational audit and documentary audit on income tax collections in Jordan, from the point of view of Jordanian income tax auditors ,results shows there's a strong relation between these variables and Income Tax collections.
