Recent studies agree that the democratic system in a country can only be established in an atmosphere of political and religious freedom. However, the term democracy and the term freedom have become controversial because their concepts remain multiple and different.      The aim of this paper to study the effect of the implicit factors on the entrepreneurial spirit of the students of the Algerian university. Our structural model was proposed based on the model (Shapiro et Sokol, 1982) and the model (Ajzen, 1991). We tested it on a sample of 163 university students at the University of Algiers 3. The model consists of a set of variables (the intention of contracting as a dependent variable, structural and social educational support as independent variables). The acceptance sampling plans for generalized exponential distribution, when life time experiment is truncated at a pre-determined time are provided in this article. The two parameters (α, λ), (Scale parameters and Shape parameters) are estimated by LSE, WLSE and the Best Estimator’s for various samples sizes are used to find the ratio of true mean time to a pre-determined, and are used to find the smallest possible sample size required to ensure the producer’s risks, with a pre-fixed probability (1 - P^*). The result of estimations and of sampling plans is provided in tables.

Interpreters did not overlook the role of backbiting pronouns in achieving the function of consistency and coherence in the Qur’anic text, as they referred to this, including Ibn Ashour, who had many analytical practices related to referral issues and their complexities.
