The Effect of KWL Strategy on the Achievement of the Students of the fourth class literary in the subject of History and the Development of Cognitive Thinking skills
...Show More Authors

Whereas conventional methods of teaching history do not meet the sometimes purpose has suggested some educators strategies modern help to improve the level of students in the education process through activating prior knowledge and employed in positions of current learning, and focus attention on the points and the outstanding elements of the content and practice techniques Calendar criticof ideas and meanings and mental and linguistic activities used to verify the extent of reaching understanding.

So targeted Current search to know (KWL strategy effectiveness in the collection of fourth-grade students of history literary and the development of cognitive thinking skills they have) and to identify the impact researcher developed the following null hypotheses:

1 - There are a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.5) between the average collection of experimental group students taught according kwl strategy and the average collection of control group students taught in the traditional way in the post achievement test.
2 - There are a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.5) between the average scores of the experimental group students and taught according to kwl strategy and the average degrees of control group students taught according to the traditional method of testing cognitive thinking skills.

3 - There are a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of students in the experimental group cognitive thinking skills test pre and post.
4 - There are a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of control group students in cognitive thinking skills test pre and post.

To investigate, the researcher has chosen the design of the control group with pre and post test in cognitive thinking skills, and post in the collection, and was elected to be purposive sample of fourth-grade students in junior high literary Muthanna General Directorate for Education Baghdad / Rusafa first.
The sample search (70) students, by (35) students per group, between two sets of students rewarded Search variables (academic achievement, intelligence, prior knowledge, cognitive thinking tribal).

Researcher prepared (52) target behaviorally covered  first and second chapter of the material Arab history Islamic, and made plans teaching of subjects selected for the experiment, and to measure the collection of students Group Search at the end of the experiment, which lasted (12) weeks, researcher prepared a test included (30)paragraph of multiple choice type, has been characterized by honesty and reliability testing.

Also prepared test cognitive thinking skills included (38) paragraph of multiple choice type, characterized by honesty and consistency. After analyzing the results statistically, came on as follows:
1 - outweigh the experimental group and studied according kwl strategy on the control group, which studied according to the traditional method of dimensional achievement test.

2 - than the experimental group which studied according kwl strategy on the control group, which studied according to the traditional method of testing cognitive thinking skills.
3 - The presence of a statistically significant difference between pre and post tests and in favor of the post among students in the experimental group.
4 - There are a statistically significant difference between pre and post tests among students in the control group.

The study came out a number of recommendations and suggestions.

Coeliac disease is an immunologically mediated disease of the small intestinal mucosa, characterized by flattening of the small intestinal villi, increased numbers of intra-epithelial lymphocytes and inflammatory cell infiltrates in the lamina propria, resulting in gut damage and nonspecific malabsorption of nutrients. The disease is elicited by ingestion of gluten, a protein found in several cereals, principally wheat, but also barley and to a lesser extent, oats. Successful treatment is avoidance of dietary gluten. Long-standing evidence suggests a T-cell-mediated response to peptides derived from the gliadin fraction of wheat gluten, leading to immunologically mediated intestinal injury in genetically susceptible individuals. he public federal budget of the state includes estimated figures for state revenues and expenditures for the next fiscal year. The estimation process is one of the main parts of the preparation of the general budget of the state and the accuracy in the estimation of revenues and expenditures of the most important principles that should be based on the process of making estimates and should not overestimate the assessment process to ensure the availability of funds in the future in all cases, which lead to unfair distribution of allocations, so the research aims to study The case of preparing the budget in the Directorate and how to estimate the expenditure in, by the analysis of operating budgets and identify deviations in the implementa

The work in this paper focuses on the system quality of direct and coherent communication system for two computers. A system quality is represented by Signal to Noise ratio (SNR) and Bit Error Rate (BER). First part of the work includes implementation of direct optical fiber communication system and measure the system quality .The second part of the work include implementation both the( homodyne and heterodyne)coherent optical fiber communication system and measure the system quality . Laser diode 1310 nm wavelength with its drive circuit used in the transmitter circuit . A single mode of 62.11 km optical fiber is selected as transmission medium . A PIN photo detector is used in the receiver circuit. The optical D-coupler was u

Top lean zone and cardinal parameters affecting SAGD
...Show More Authors

SAGD is a thermal recovery process in which steam oil ratio, SOR, is a key parameter that can affect the economic outcome of the process. Reservoirs with underlying or overlying lean bitumen present challenges for SAGD as they can act as a heat sink. Water has higher heat capacity than the bitumen and thus requires more steam to heat up the reservoir leading to higher SOR. The potential outcome of operating SAGD in these conditions may be lower bitumen rate and higher steam injection rate, both of which affect plant throughput and thus the economic matrix of SAGD. This paper looks at the performance of SAGD process in the presence of top lean bitumen. It will examine the theoretical CSOR that is needed to produce the bitumen with different

Securing Text Messages Using Graph Theory and Steganography
...Show More Authors

Data security is an important component of data communication and transmission systems. Its main role is to keep sensitive information safe and integrated from the sender to the receiver. The proposed system aims to secure text messages through two security principles encryption and steganography. The system produced a novel method for encryption using graph theory properties; it formed a graph from a password to generate an encryption key as a weight matrix of that graph and invested the Least Significant Bit (LSB) method for hiding the encrypted message in a colored image within a green component. Practical experiments of (perceptibility, capacity, and robustness) were calculated using similarity measures like PSNR, MSE, and

Blood and urine samples were collected from 203 patients to study the relationship between Diabetes mellitus and urinary tract infections (UTI). Blood and urine specimens were subjected for estimation of random blood sugar, in addition to detection of the most pathogen bacteria which cause urinary tract infection in diabetic patients. The study included the detection of bacterial sensitivity to some antibiotics used in treating urinary tract infections, and also included the study of genetic basis which cause both types of diabetes mellitus. The results can be summarized as follows: The incidence of type ? diabetes in males was (35.8%), and (45.9%) in females . and type 2 diabetes in males was (49.6%), while in females was (40.16%).The inc
