Job Satisfaction Among Faculty Members At The University Of Irbid College

This study measured and analyzed job satisfaction among faculty members at the university of Irbid College in relation to gender social status, years of experience, academic rank , qualification, the population consisted of 110 full-time Jordanian factually members. A total of 72. (61%) factually, members participated in this study. The research instrument which was developed by the researcher consisted of tow parts: personal information and the job Satisfaction Questionnaire Frequencies, percentages, means and one-way analyses of variance were employed to analyze the data. The level of significance was set at 0.05. A Secheffe method of multiple comparisons was used for follow-up investigation.                                     

    Overall results of the study may be summarized as follows:  first, job satisfaction for factually members was about average. The highest level of job satisfaction surveyed ranks in descending orders: 1- feeling of job stability 2- work condition 3- chances of job promotions 4- salary. Second. The results of the statistical analyzes revealed that there were no statically satisfaction defenses among the overall means and average at the level of (α= 0.05 ( concerning the level of job satisfaction that could be due to qualification. and gender social status but that there were statistically significant differences at the same level that could be due to teaching experiences .

Masculine identification among secondary schoolboys

The purposes of this study are to measure masculine's identification among secondary school students, and to examine the significant differences among secondary school students in respect of students age (16-18) year. The researcher has prepared a questionnaire comprised (25) item to measure masculine identification among students: this scale was applied on (100) student who were selected as a sample from four different school at al-rusafa side in Baghdad. The scale then modified to (23) item to be more consistent. The results revealed that there were no significant differences among students based on the variable of age, and the mean of masculine identification showed a high level than the hypothesized mean.
