Job Satisfaction Among Faculty Members At The University Of Irbid College

This study measured and analyzed job satisfaction among faculty members at the university of Irbid College in relation to gender social status, years of experience, academic rank , qualification, the population consisted of 110 full-time Jordanian factually members. A total of 72. (61%) factually, members participated in this study. The research instrument which was developed by the researcher consisted of tow parts: personal information and the job Satisfaction Questionnaire Frequencies, percentages, means and one-way analyses of variance were employed to analyze the data. The level of significance was set at 0.05. A Secheffe method of multiple comparisons was used for follow-up investigation.                                     

    Overall results of the study may be summarized as follows:  first, job satisfaction for factually members was about average. The highest level of job satisfaction surveyed ranks in descending orders: 1- feeling of job stability 2- work condition 3- chances of job promotions 4- salary. Second. The results of the statistical analyzes revealed that there were no statically satisfaction defenses among the overall means and average at the level of (α= 0.05 ( concerning the level of job satisfaction that could be due to qualification. and gender social status but that there were statistically significant differences at the same level that could be due to teaching experiences .

Diagnosing Pilgrimage Common Diseases by Interactive Multimedia Courseware

Genotyping of IL13 -1024 (CT) gene among Iraqi Thyoid Goiter patients

This study dealt with IL-13 1024 (C/T) gene genotyping among patients with Thyroid goiter in Iraq. Forty blood samples from patients with Thyroid goiter were collected and compared with 30 healthy persons as controls. The genotyping results of IL-13 1024 (C/T) gene using ARMS-PCR revealed presence TT, CC and CT genotypes beside T and C alleles. The T allele and TT genotype frequency were higher in Thyroid goiter patients compared to the same genotype and allele in healthy persons (P = 0.060). These increasing results were related with increasing risk factor of Thyroid goiter (odds ratio [OR] 2.15; 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.99–71.4). Prevalence of Color Vision Deficiency among Adult Males from Baghdad Province
