Graduate Unemployment In Iraq , Problems , Solution

There Are Many  Communities Suffering Of Unemployment Due To Has  Great Social And Economic Impact, As Well As The Psychological Effects Devastating And Serious And That May Threaten States  With Collapse And  Leading Human Displacement And Loss And Crime, And Often Derive Unemployed People To Practice  Bad Habits Such As Gambling, Alcohol And Drug Abuse To Escape From Their Reality To Their Concerns And Problems.

It Should Be Noted, That The Largest Percentage Of Unemployment In Developing Societies Represented By The Educated Class Of University Graduates, And This Is Something Painful.

The Unemployed Know That (Each Capable Of Working And Who Want To Look For And Accept Prevailing Bricks) Is The Individual Unemployed In The Case Of The Following Situations:

1 - Completed Education Or Training Did Not Find A Job.

2 - Ended His Employment Contract Did Not Find Another Job.

3 - Waived His Services Before The End Of His Contract And Did Not Find A Job.

4 - Working Less Than (14) Hours Per Week.

We Will Look At This Research To The Types Of Unemployment And To Their Causes And Then To The Psychological And Social Effects.

In Terms Of Processors, There Are Several Treatments For States To Eliminate Or Reduce Unemployment, Namely:

1 - To Encourage Capital Only Pleural Investment By Providing Facilities And Guarantees.

2 - Reduce Taxes On Large Projects That Are Running A Large Number Of Workers.

3 - Supporting Agriculture Through Processing Farmers Fertilizers And Seeds.

4 - Encourage Small Businesses By The State.

Finally Prepare A National Program To Combat Graduate Unemployment By Forming The Central Department For Operation Distributes Unemployed Ministries According To Certain Mechanisms.

optical pulse propagation in photonic bandgap fiber Bragg grating

Abstract: In this work we demonstrate and investigate the optical pulse propagation in a photonic band gap fiber Bragg grating (FBG). The light propagates in opposite direction in FBG is explained and discussed by a Coupled Mode Theory (CMT). The photonic band gap (stop band gap) is created by fabricated, a Bragg grating in optical fiber. The results show the pulse spectrum falls entirely within the stop band gap, the entire pulse is reflected by the grating, while when the pulse spectrum is outside the stop band gap the pulses will transmitted through the grating. The group velocity (VG) becomes zero at the edges of the stop band and group velocity dispersion β2 is anomalous on the shorter side of stop band gap whereas β2 for uniform fi

Spike neural network as a controller in SDN network

The paper proposes a methodology for predicting packet flow at the data plane in smart SDN based on the intelligent controller of spike neural networks(SNN). This methodology is applied to predict the subsequent step of the packet flow, consequently reducing the overcrowding that might happen. The centralized controller acts as a reactive controller for managing the clustering head process in the Software Defined Network data layer in the proposed model. The simulation results show the capability of Spike Neural Network controller in SDN control layer to improve the (QoS) in the whole network in terms of minimizing the packet loss ratio and increased the buffer utilization ratio.

Angiopoietin-2 Immunohistochemical Expression in Oral Squamous cell Carcinoma

Background: There are various secreted proteins affecting the prognosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and one of them is Angiopoietin-2(Ang-2) which is thought to have an essential role in the development and progression of the tumor. Aim of the study: This study was conducted to determine the expression of (Ang-2) in (OSCC) to assess its correlations with clinicopathological parameters of the tumor. Material and Methods: 36 formalin- fixed, paraffin- embedded tissue blocks histologically diagnosed as OSCC were examined for Ang-2 immunohistochemical expression semi quantitively. Results: The expression of Ang-2 was significantly associated with histopathological grade (P value=0.023), while there is no significant association wi

Expression of CD69 molecule in Rheumatoid Arthritis Iraqi patients

Background: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease, where the normal joint tissues attacked by body’s immune system, causing their inflammation. Cluster of Differentiation 69 (CD69) is a human transmembrane C-Type lectin protein encoded by the CD69 gene. It’s expression was induced by activation (in vivo and in vitro) of T lymphocytes and Natural Killer (NK) Cells. As CD69 early activation has been implicated in the pathogenesis of some inflammatory diseases, its expression on peripheral blood T-lymphocytes must be evaluated.
Objective: To evaluate the expression of CD69 on peripheral blood T-lymphocytes in RA Iraqi patients.
Patients and methods: This study carried out between March 2

Spectroscopic study for plasma parameters in co-sputtering system

In this work the parameters of plasma (electron temperature Te,
electron density ne, electron velocity and ion velocity) have been
studied by using the spectrometer that collect the spectrum of
plasma. Two cathodes were used (Si:Si) P-type and deposited on
glass. In this research argon gas has been used at various values of
pressures (0.5, 0.4, 0.3, and 0.2 torr) with constant deposition time
4 hrs. The results of electron temperature were (31596.19, 31099.77,
26020.14 and 25372.64) kelvin, and electron density (7.60*1016,
8.16*1016, 6.82*1016 and 7.11*1016) m-3. Optical properties of Si
were determined through the optical transmission method using
ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer with in the range

Hypolipidemic effect of Silymarin in Dyslipidaemia of Different Etiologies

Background: Many drug and non drug approaches are utilized for the treatment of dyslipidemia; flavonoids, the major constituents of silymarin, have been proved to
positively modify lipoproteins in experimentally – induced dyslipidemia.
Objective: This study was designed to evaluate the effect of silymarin, when used alone or in combination with other hypolipidemic agents, on the lipid profile in
dyslipidemic patients.
Patients and Methods: Fifty seven patients with dyslipidaemia of various etiologies are involved in this clinical trial. They are randomized into three groups treated with
either 400mg / day silymarin (gr. A) or 20 mg / day lovastatin (gr. B) or a combination of 200 mg/day si

Public Attitudes Towards National Issues in Interactive Television Programs

This research aims to investigate the extent to which the Iraqi audience relies on interactive television programs as a source of information regarding national issues and their resulting impacts. It seeks to identify the types and nature of attitudes developed among the public towards national issues through these programs and determine the prominent topics and issues highlighted to the audience. The researcher employed a field survey as the primary research method, employing a questionnaire for data collection along with scientific observation and the Likert three-point scale to measure attitudes. The study was guided by the media dependency theory. A sample of 520 questionnaires was distributed to residents in
