Design sampling plan was and still one of most importance subjects because it give lowest cost  comparing with others, time live statistical distribution should be known to give best estimators for  parameters of sampling plan and get best sampling plan.

Research dell with design sampling plan when live time distribution follow Logistic distribution with () as location and shape parameters, using these information can help us getting (number of groups, sample size) associated with reject or accept the Lot

Experimental results for simulated data shows the least number of groups and sample size needs to reject or accept the Lot with certain probability of

1. Anti-social behavior Baghdad University students.
2. Know the differences in anti's social behavior according to gender, specialization.
3. Know-the need for love at Bagdad University students.
4. Know the relationship between anti-social behavior and the need to love.
The research sample consisted of (100) students, the researcher numbers tools to measure anti behavior and the need to love.
The results showed that college students have an anti-social behavior is weak and they need to love and there is no correlation between them Function relationship. Researcher has shown a number of recommendations and proposals.

     Applications of quantitative methods, which had been explicit attention during previous period (the last two centuries) is the method of application sales man or traveling salesman method. According to this interest by the actual need for a lot of the production sectors and companies that distribute their products, whether locally made or the imported for customers or other industry sectors where most of the productive sectors and companies distributed always aspired to (increase profits, imports, the production quantity, quantity of exports. etc. ...) this is the part of the other hand, want to behave during the process of distribution routes that achieve the best or the least or most appropriate.

new six mixed ligand complexes of some transition metal ions Manganese (II), Cobalt(II), Iron (II), Nickel (II) , and non transition metal ion zinc (II) And Cadmium(II) with L-valine (Val H ) as a primary ligand and Saccharin (HSac) as a secondary ligands have been prepared. All the prepared complexes have been characterized by molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility infrared, electronic spectral, Elemental microanalysis (C.H.N) and AA . The complexes with the formulas [M(Val)2(HSac)2] M= Mn (II) , Fe (II) , Co(II) ,Ni(II), Cu (II),Zn(II) and Cd(II) L- Val H= (C5H11NO2) , C7H5NO3S The study shows that these complexes have octahedral geometry; The metal complexes have been screened for their in microbiological activities against bacteria.

The research aim to know the effect of note–taking by computer method as amentalactivators in achievement of physics subject for the first intermediate class students.

To investigate from aim of the research the research sample was chosen from the first intermediate class students in Al–mutamyzat secondary school for girls. Which belongs to the general administration for the second karkh education which randomly chosen from (9) schools for distinct female students in Baghdad. Then randomly chosen two sections form three about (80) female students at (66.667%) from total sample it’s about (120) female student in the three sections. The randomly chosen too, section (a) to represent experimental group it’s about (41) female

This research deals with the use of a number of statistical methods, such as the kernel method, watershed, histogram, and cubic spline, to improve the contrast of digital images. The results obtained according to the RSME and NCC standards have proven that the spline method is the most accurate in the results compared to other statistical methods.
