يهدف البحث إلى معرفة ما هيه اخلاقيات مهنة العاملين في المكتبات وتحديث متطلباتهم الضرورية من المهنة لكي يسمو بأخلاقياتها ، وهل هذه الاخلاقيات متوافرة في العاملين في مكتباتنا الجامعية ضمن حدود الدراسة ؟ ومن ادوات جمع البيانات : استمارة بالاخلاقيات وزعت على مجموعة من الاساتذة و استبانة وزعت على من المكتبات الجامعية . وكان مجتمع الدراسة العاملون في المكتبات المركزية الأولى والثانية لجامعة بغداد والمكتبة المرك

 هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مدى فاعلية المعلمين في تطبيق نموذج بنائي في تدريس مادة العلوم للصف الثاني الأساسي . وقد استخدمت استراتيجيات نوعية في جمع البيانات وتحليلها . وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة ان المعلمين تقربوا أكثر إلى السلوك البنائي , وابدوا رغبة في استخدام استراتيجيات بنائية في تدريسهم للعلوم . واختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات .

     This research develops a new method based on spectral indices and random forest classifier to detect paddy rice areas and then assess their distributions regarding to urban areas. The classification will be conducted on Landsat OLI images and Landsat OLI/Sentinel 1 SAR data. Consequently, developing a new spectral index by analyzing the relative importance of Landsat bands will be calculated by the random forest. The main aim of this research is to: 1) identify the Transformational Leadership of the Managers of higher School in ALkut district and its relationship with organizational Loyalty. 2) Clarify the relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty.
