This study measured and analyzed job satisfaction among faculty members at the university of Irbid College in relation to gender social status, years of experience, academic rank , qualification, the population consisted of 110 full-time Jordanian factually members. A total of 72. (61%) factually, members participated in this study. The research instrument which was developed by the researcher consisted of tow parts: personal information and the job Satisfaction Questionnaire Frequencies, percentages, means and one-way analyses of variance were employed to analyze the data. This Study Aimed to Recognize the Self-Efficacy Level Among Musically Talented Students the sample of this study consisted of (85) Musically smart students male and female students in Irbid governorate, of the analytical descriptive method ، and the Self-Efficacy scale were used, and the results indicated the following:
-The Self-Efficacy level among Musically smart students was high.
-There are no statistically significant differences (α ≥ 0.05)due to the impact of gender in a the total degree .

Diabetic retinopathy is one of most important complications of diabetes mellitus that can be treated by Nd:YAG laser. Laser is used in ophthalmic practice for photocoagulation and photodisruption. The purpose of this study is to evaluate changes in immunological ,hematological and biochemical values after treatment of diabetic retinopathy by laser. Blood samples from 10 patients suffering from diabetic retinopathy were taken before and after laser treatment to coagulate retina to prevent leakage and hemorraghe to avoid deterioration of vision.In group one (4 patients = 40%), blood tests were done one day after treatment. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a Cognitive- Behavioral Training Program in reducing Problems Solving among a sample of education university  College Students, the study sample consisted of (50) students were randomly assigned to two groups: experimental, and control; (25) students per group, the results of (ANOVA) revealed that there were significant differences at (p < 0.05) between experimental and control group in Problems Solving level, while there were significant differences between both groups in achievement.
