The Voluntary Obedience has great importance for the modern taxes systems and its management and this is meant the taxpayer whom in charge to pay of his taxes obligations voluntarily , he is very known of himself whereas he prepared his finishing accountings and present them as samples prepared by taxes management and settle the tax sum directly according to specified income , which has an impact to find end to tax evasion as result lead to increase the tax income and achieve the justice for the taxpayer and the state treasury

The Holy Quran conciders the celestial book which consults
languages with its accents , and consults the people with their circumstances
and it takes care of all worships.
We find that Holy Quran consults atheist human and afaithless one ,
therefore , it aspect the orabion of God to human “s heart as a results , it is
one of an incapacitation of Holly Quran in This research.
WE try to taik about special vocables which relate to hearts of
unfaithful hummance , so we mentio these vocables in a guidance hierarchy
table in the end of this research.

In this study Isolated Pathogenic bacteria which causes Tonsillitis in Children with ages between 3-17 years. They are admitted to Central Children Hospital (Al-Karch) and Ebn-Albalady Hospital (Al-Rusafa). 200 cases were collected which include 120 Male and 80 Female. The result of the recent study shows that the isolation percentage was 40% from Male and 35% from Female. In this study Fifty six isolated were Identified, 20 were ?-hemolytic Streptococcus which was Streptococcus pyogenes, formed (36%) from all isolated.6 Pathogenic bacteria were ?- hemolytic Streptococcus which was Streptococcus pneumoniae formed (11%).
