Seemed reflections of cultural globalization are clear on the values of communities those values that preserve each community privacy, so that became members of these communities lack the ability to distinguish clearly between what is right and what is wrong and adoption of ideas and values imported from abroad, regardless of whether positive or negative. The aim of the research was to: - 1 - Detection of cultural globalization in the educational values for students kindergarten section. 2 - To identify the most prominent educational values (social, scientific, aesthetic, moral and spiritual) globalized culture. The current Aqtsralbges on: - Department of kindergarten students to study in the morning College for Girls, Baghdad University for the academic year 2012-2013. I used the case study approach to reach its goals, and the air filter product line was chosen in the air filters factory of Al-Zawraa General Company. The research sample was due to the emergence of many defects of different impact and the continuing demand for the product. Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) is one of the important topics in the financial management, it has the impact on the users decisions, it also effect on many other variables i.e dividend, therefore. This paper aims to provide a diameter of Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) level for the companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. It also tries to show the FRQ effects on the dividend policy. The study sample was 13 listed companies in the Iraqi Stock Exchange for the period from 2007 to 2011. Kothari et al. 2005 model has been used to measure the FRQ, on the other hand the common stock share of the dividend was used to measure the dividend.
