Conclusions : In the light of the results was reached the following conclusions : 1 - Weakness in the possession of school principals to knowledge management skill in the General Directorate for Educational Baghdad's Karkh second. 2 - There is no statistically significant differences in knowledge management by variable sex . 3 - The presence of statistically significant differences in knowledge management depending on the length of service for the benefit of the owners of the service more than 10 years . Recommendations: 1 - Develop objective criteria for the selection of school principals based competence and experience and academic achievement . 2 - Activation of in - service training courses for school administrators in accordance with educational developments and trends of modern management . 3 - To benefit from the experiences of excellence in educational institutions.

The foreguts of a total of 515 fish of Chondrostoma regium (Heckel, 1843) (locally: Bala’aot Malloky) were studied. These fish were collected from Tigris River at Salah Al-Deen Province (between Al-Hagag & Yathrib) for 20 months between March and October of the next year. Detritus, plant in origin materials (19.6%, 23.0% & 24.9%); green and blue green algae, mostly Cladophora, Cosmarium and Merismpedia sp. (17.1%, 12.9% & 12.2%) and diatoms, mostly Diatoma, Chanathes, Amphora and Cyulbella sp. The current study presents the cellar spiders genus Nita Huber & El-Hennawy, 2007 (Araneae, Pholcidae) as the first record for Iraq spider fauna, this genus represented by the species Nita elsaff Huber & El-Hennawy, 2007 were identified based on morphological characteristics and DNA sequence data. A short morphological description is also presented for cellar spiders listed in Iraq; including this species in addition to Artema Atlanta Walckenaer, 1837.
