After the amendment became finalized tool consists of (34) paragraph so that you do not delete any paragraph , has been using the pentatonic scale . Statistical methods : The researcher used the following statistical methods ( arithmetic mean , standard deviation, Ca 2 box , the Pearson correlation coefficient , test Altaúa for a single sample, test Altaúa for two samples ) . Conclusions : In the light of the results was reached the following conclusions : 1 - Weakness in the possession of school principals to knowledge management skill in the General Directorate for Educational Baghdad's Karkh second. 2 - There is no statistically significant differences in knowledge management by variable sex . 3 - The presence of statistically significant differences in knowledge management depending on the length of service for the benefit of the owners of the service more than 10 years . Recommendations: 1 - Develop objective criteria for the selection of school principals based competence and experience and academic achievement . 2 - Activation of in - service training courses for school administrators in accordance with educational developments and trends of modern management . 3 - To benefit from the experiences of excellence in educational institutions.

The modified Hummers method was applied to prepare graphene oxide (GO) from the graphite powder. Tin oxide nanoparticles with different loading (10-20 wt.%) supported on reduced graphene oxide were synthesized to evaluate the oxidative desulfurization efficiency. The catalyst was synthesized by the incipient wetness impregnation (IWI) technique. Different analysis methods like FT-IR, XRD, FESEM, AFM, and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) were utilized to characterize graphene oxide and catalysts. The XRD analysis showed that the average crystal size of graphene oxide was 6.05 nm. In addition, the FESEM results showed high metal oxide dispersions on the rGO. The EDX analysis shows the weight ratio of Sn is close to its theoretical weight.

Influence of combined square nozzle with helical tape inserted in a constant heat flux tube on heat transfer enhancement for turbulent airflow for Reynolds number ranging from 7000 to 14500 were investigated experimentally. Three different pitch ratios for square nozzle (PR = 5.8, 7.7 and 11.6) according to three different numbers of square nozzle (N = 3, 4 and 5) and constant pitch ratios for helical tape were used. The results observed that the Nusselt number and friction factor for combination with winglets were found to be up to 33.8 % and 21.4 %, respectively higher than nozzle alone for pitch ratio PR=5.8. A new simple and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount of Cu(II) in the ethanol solution have been developed. The method is based on the complexation of Cu(II) with ethyl cyano(2-methyl carboxylate phenyl azo acetate) (ECA) in basic medium of sodium hydroxide givining maximum absorbance at (λmax = 521 nm). Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range (5-50) (μg / ml) with molar absorptivity of (3.1773 × 102 L mol-1 cm-1) and correlation coefficient (0.9989). The optimum conditions for the determination of Cu(II)-complex and have been studied and applied to determine Cu(II) in synthetic water sample using simple and standard addition methods.
