After the amendment became finalized tool consists of (34) paragraph so that you do not delete any paragraph , has been using the pentatonic scale . Statistical methods : The researcher used the following statistical methods ( arithmetic mean , standard deviation, Ca 2 box , the Pearson correlation coefficient , test Altaúa for a single sample, test Altaúa for two samples ) . Conclusions : In the light of the results was reached the following conclusions : 1 - Weakness in the possession of school principals to knowledge management skill in the General Directorate for Educational Baghdad's Karkh second. 2 - There is no statistically significant differences in knowledge management by variable sex . 3 - The presence of statistically significant differences in knowledge management depending on the length of service for the benefit of the owners of the service more than 10 years . Recommendations: 1 - Develop objective criteria for the selection of school principals based competence and experience and academic achievement . 2 - Activation of in - service training courses for school administrators in accordance with educational developments and trends of modern management . 3 - To benefit from the experiences of excellence in educational institutions.
This work was conducted to study the treatment of industrial waste water, and more particularly those in the General Company of Electrical Industries.This waste water, has zinc ion with maximum concentration in solution of 90 ppm.
The reuse of such effluent can be made possible via appropriate treatments, such as chemical coagulation, Na2S is used as coagulant.
The parameters that influenced the waste water treatment are: temperature, pH, dose of coagulant and settling time.

The study aimed to investigate the relationship between the multiple intelligence and the numerical sense. The chosen population of the study was the 4th secondary stage students. The sample consisted of 400 female and male student. The researcher utilized two test; multiple intelligence test which include three categories of intelligence (logical-mathematical, spatial, and linguistics) consisted of (36) item, and the numerical sense test that consisted of (44) item. This study outlines the synthesis of substituted 1,2,4-triazole derivatives through the cyclization reaction of thiourea derivatives. The process begins with the reaction of different halides with KSCN to produce isothiocyanate derivatives. then followed by a reaction with isonicotinic acid hydrazide to yield thioureas (1-6), with a yield rate of (72-88%). Then, compounds (1-6) were treated with alkaline medium 4 N (NaOH) to produced 1,2,4-triazole derivatives (7-12) with a yield (51-69%).The structure of the prepared compounds was characterized using FTIR,1HNMR and 13CNMR spectroscopy.
