knowledge management and managers have a primary school principals from the standpoint of their assistants M . Dr. Suad Vegetables Abbas Research problem: The administration school require a leader administratively The efficiency and skills of management and knowledge to make it effective in the administration follows the scientific method and knowledge of those who through administrative methods emanating from the trends of modern management in the management of educational , as well as the presence of the leaders of effective management has the knowledge and know-how administrative work and how to deal with others and investment optimized for all of the resources available through the future capable of Orientalism to the extent that our educational institutions up to success and excellence and define the research problem the following question : Q : What is knowledge management and managers have a primary school principals from the standpoint of their assistants. The importance of research : The knowledge management today area later that drew the attention of specialists since become an urgent need for educational institutions after the trend witnessed in communities around knowledge by adopting methods and modern techniques to modify its behavior in the management of the operations of the renewal of knowledge and formulation , generation , storage and application , so it has become an urgent need to leaders are characterized by the experience and the knowledge and skills appropriate for the development of performance and excellence , as well as the knowledge and ability to take responsibility and to adapt to everything new and sophisticated to do the necessary leadership , especially with the growth and development of enterprises and the complexity of their roles . Research objectives: Current research aims to identify : 1 - Knowledge management at the orbital principals primary from the standpoint of their assistants . 2 - Differences of statistical significance in the management of knowledge among school principals variable depending on sex. 3 - Differences of statistical significance in the management of knowledge among school principals depending on length of service. Find limits : - Human border : aide primary orbital and collaborations in the General Directorate for Educational Baghdad Karkh second. - Temporal boundaries : the academic year 2012 - 2013 Research methodology and procedures : research methodology was followed in the current search descriptive - The research community : The research community ( 1.64 ) , Deputy Associate , at ( 434) Associate (630 ) help . - Sample search: to determine the percentage (10%) of the total community , as the number of members of the sample ( 106 ) by ( 43 ) and Associate ( 63 ) help . - Search tool : The tool was built to look after you follow the steps in terms of scientific exploratory study as well as access to previous studies and then presented to the expert specialists for honesty virtual instrument consisted of ( 34) paragraph. After the amendment became finalized tool consists of (34) paragraph so that you do not delete any paragraph , has been using the pentatonic scale . Statistical methods : The researcher used the following statistical methods ( arithmetic mean , standard deviation, Ca 2 box , the Pearson correlation coefficient , test Altaúa for a single sample, test Altaúa for two samples ) . Conclusions : In the light of the results was reached the following conclusions : 1 - Weakness in the possession of school principals to knowledge management skill in the General Directorate for Educational Baghdad's Karkh second. 2 - There is no statistically significant differences in knowledge management by variable sex . 3 - The presence of statistically significant differences in knowledge management depending on the length of service for the benefit of the owners of the service more than 10 years . Recommendations: 1 - Develop objective criteria for the selection of school principals based competence and experience and academic achievement . 2 - Activation of in - service training courses for school administrators in accordance with educational developments and trends of modern management . 3 - To benefit from the experiences of excellence in educational institutions.
The role of university in awareness of Social and Cultural Human Rights to Students
still at the beginnings . the irritable secure of Iraqi environment is the most challenges that
cease any work that may raise the human rights in university . in spite of obstacles the same
society of university like conferences and meetings that related to this subject . as well as the
luck of professional teachers.
This study raises a group of important questions, perhaps the most :
The contribution of university in educates their students of the social and cultural human
rights? What are the most challenges that facing these students? Does the university
responsible of this luck of understanding these human rights?
This Study
Objective(s): to assess the effectiveness of educational program on nurses' knowledge concerning the side
effects of chemotherapy among children with leukemia.
Methodology: A descriptive analytic (quasi – experimental) design study was carried out at Baghdad City from
2
nd of October to 27th of June 2015. Non-probability sample of (35) male and female nurses was selected from
the Oncology Wards in Children Welfare, Child's Central and Baghdad Teaching Hospital. The study
instruments consisted of two major parts to meet the purposes of study. The first part is related to nurses'
demographic characteristics and the second part (four domains) is related to nurses' knowledge concerning the
side effects of chemothera
The researcher highlighted the general budget in Iraq for the period (2003-2018) facing the challenges of administrative and financial corruption, in addition to the fluctuations in oil prices, the repercussions and many problems suffered and will suffer the Iraqi government in the process of preparing the general budget of the state and weak contribution of the agricultural and industrial sectors and other economic sectors and neglect altogether, oil has become the main supplier in funding Iraq's budget after 2003, and the impact on the unemployment rates in Iraq, which recorded fluctuating rates and then increased during the period (2012-2018) to achieve this, an inductive method was adopted, using theoretical and descriptive a

Show MoreIn this work, the pseudoparabolic problem of the fourth order is investigated to identify the time -dependent potential term under periodic conditions, namely, the integral condition and overdetermination condition. The existence and uniqueness of the solution to the inverse problem are provided. The proposed method involves discretizing the pseudoparabolic equation by using a finite difference scheme, and an iterative optimization algorithm to resolve the inverse problem which views as a nonlinear least-square minimization. The optimization algorithm aims to minimize the difference between the numerical computing solution and the measured data. Tikhonov’s regularization method is also applied to gain stable results. Two

In this work an experimental simulation is made to predict the performance of steady-state natural heat convection along heated finned vertical base plate to ambient air with different inclination angles and configurations of fin array. Two types of fin arrays namely vertical fins array and V-fins array on heated vertical base plate are used with different heights and spaces. The influence of inclination angle of the plate , configuration of fins array and fin geometrical parameters such as fin height and fin spacing on the temperature distribution, base convection heat transfer coefficient and average Nusselt number have been plotted and discussed. The experimental data are correlated to a formula between average Nusselt number versus R

Batch sorption experiments were performed as a function of pH, sorbent dose, and contact time. The optimal pH value of Copper (II) removal by banana peel was 6. The amount of sorbed metal ions was calculated as 52.632 mg/g. Sorption kinetic data were tested using pseudo-first order, and pseudo-second order models. Kinetic studies showed that the sorption followed a pseudo second order reaction due to the high correlation coefficient and the agreement between the experimental and calculated values of qe. Thermodynamic parameters such as enthalpy change (ΔH

Three several configurations of rectangular fins array have been employed. One configuration without notches and perforations (solid) and two configurations with combination of rectangular-notches and circular-perforations for two various area removal percentages from fins namely 18% notches-9% perforations and 9% notches-18% perforations are utilized. The rectangular fins dimensions and fins number are kept constant. The fins array is heated electrically from the base
