The most important results obtained by the researcher are:
1 - Statistics showed that dealt with evaluating the performance of teachers that there are differences between the performance of teachers and graduates of colleges of education academically qualified and professionally between teachers and graduates of the institutes to prepare teachers for the benefit of university teachers , where due to these differences .

Appeared that most of the sample of teachers who have found that their performance moderately . Or even those who have received high numbers professionally before exercising the profession of teaching performance in the classroom curriculum.
2 - Experience:
It has data showed a measure of teaching performance five fields that teachers with good performance and could for their teaching are more than five years older , but I doubt that the practice leads to the acquisition of skills different teaching and training pre- primary teachers and is the foundation for learning , and attend programs different training , or even benefit from the experience of his fellow teachers .
The problem of research is that the colleges of education in general and the College of Education in particular continue to follow traditional administrative patterns and that there is a complaint that the educational outputs do not match the aspirations of the society and its future directions. Self-assessment is a process of formative assessment during which teachers reflect on and evaluate the quality of their work, decide the degree to which they reflect explicitly stated goals or criteria, identify strengths and weaknesses in their work, and revise accordingly. The present study is an attempt to find out the SA of Iraqi English language teachers. The sample consists of 100 teachers in Baghdad. An inventory of many domains distributed to the teachers, they are, routines, expectations, language, time, opportunities, physical environment, and interactions. The results show that the EFL teachers practice four domains of SA they are: routines, physical environment, time, and language.
