The most important results obtained by the researcher are:
1 - Statistics showed that dealt with evaluating the performance of teachers that there are differences between the performance of teachers and graduates of colleges of education academically qualified and professionally between teachers and graduates of the institutes to prepare teachers for the benefit of university teachers , where due to these differences .

Appeared that most of the sample of teachers who have found that their performance moderately . Or even those who have received high numbers professionally before exercising the profession of teaching performance in the classroom curriculum.
2 - Experience:
It has data showed a measure of teaching performance five fields that teachers with good performance and could for their teaching are more than five years older , but I doubt that the practice leads to the acquisition of skills different teaching and training pre- primary teachers and is the foundation for learning , and attend programs different training , or even benefit from the experience of his fellow teachers .

This research aims to investigate and evaluate a reactive powder concrete (RPC) cast using economical materials. Its mechanical properties were investigated and evaluated by studying the effects of using different cement and silica fume contents and locally steel fibers aspect ratios as reinforcement for this concrete. Abstract: This study aims to investigate the backscattering electron coefficient for SixGe1-x/Si heterostructure sample as a function of primary electron beam energy (0.25-20 keV) and Ge concentration in the alloy. The results obtained have several characteristics that are as follows: the first one is that the intensity of the backscattered signal above the alloy is mainly related to the average atomic number of the SixGe1-x alloy. Modified Holling's disk equation is used to describe the consumption of the prey so that it involves the additional source of food for the predator. The fear function is imposed on prey.
