The most important results obtained by the researcher are:
1 - Statistics showed that dealt with evaluating the performance of teachers that there are differences between the performance of teachers and graduates of colleges of education academically qualified and professionally between teachers and graduates of the institutes to prepare teachers for the benefit of university teachers , where due to these differences .

Appeared that most of the sample of teachers who have found that their performance moderately . Or even those who have received high numbers professionally before exercising the profession of teaching performance in the classroom curriculum.
2 - Experience:
It has data showed a measure of teaching performance five fields that teachers with good performance and could for their teaching are more than five years older , but I doubt that the practice leads to the acquisition of skills different teaching and training pre- primary teachers and is the foundation for learning , and attend programs different training , or even benefit from the experience of his fellow teachers .

In this paper, an ecological model with stage-structure in prey population, fear, anti-predator and harvesting are suggested. Lotka-Volterra and Holling type II functional responses have been assumed to describe the feeding processes . The local and global stability of steady points of this model are established. Finally, the global dynamics are studied numerically to investigate the influence of the parameters on the solutions of the system, especially the effect of fear and anti-predation.

The objective of this study is to analyze the difficulties faced by intermediate-level Iraqi students in the use of Spanish unstressed pronouns as a foreign language (ELE). Through a mixed methodology, a descriptive and explanatory analysis was conducted based on written and oral productions of B1-level students at the University of Baghdad.The results show that factors such as interference from the native language (Arabic) and English, as well as grammatical differences between Spanish and Arabic, generate difficulties in the correct use of unstressed pronouns. The results obtained have several characteristics that are as follows: the first one is that the intensity of the backscattered signal above the alloy is mainly related to the average atomic number of the SixGe1-x alloy.
