   The study aims to test the relationship of work pressure to its dimensions (role conflict, ambiguity of role, workload and nature of work) as an independent variable and its effect on organizational alienation by its dimensions (disability, lack of power, indifference, animosity, social isolation and self-alienation) (Restraint and confidence in negation, initiative, adaptation and living conscience) as a mediator variable, in some faculties of Baghdad University of Science (Medicine and Engineering) and Humanity (Education and Literature).      Six ERI profiles using Wenner Schlumberger array were carried out at Baghdad University (ALJadiriya campus) to investigate soil at two sites. The spacing between electrodes of four profiles surrounding the new building in the Campus at the first site is 1 m, and the profile length ranges from 50 to 90 m. There is not enough studies about bacterial contamination of air condition system in the cars and houses, bacterial detection of such   surrounding is necessary for the human environment.

The object of recent study was to evaluate the level of bacterial contamination in air conditioner in cars and houses in Baghdad city, Iraq.

Air samples were taken indoor from cars and house air conditioner   in the Baghdad city.  The result indicated that gram positive bacteria more than gram negative bacteria in air conditioner. Air condition of cars (20-500 CFU) was more contaminated than of houses (10-100 CFU).
