The relationship between F2- layer critical frequencies (foF2), total sunspot number (Ri), northern hemisphere sunspot number (Rn) and southern hemisphere sunspot number (Rs) at station located in mid- latitudes on latitude near to latitude of Iraq (Rome station, lat.: 42o N and lon.: 13o E) and for 2003(the descending phase of solar cycle 23) were studied.

This research has been applied on 100 children (age 4 – 6 years) from three kindergartens distributed on basis of 43 children from the college of Education for women kindergarten (A) , 27 children from the governmental Al- Mustafa kindergarten (B) , and 30 children from the private Al – Baraom kindergarten (C) . Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli can be found in raw cow milk and its derivatives. A small number of Escherichia coli strains that produce shiga toxin are pathogenic. Aim of study: The study aimed to see if there were any virulence genes in 50 milk samples that were typical of Entero-haemorrhagic E. coli and evaluate the Myrtus communis effects on these bacteria. Materials and Method: Milk samples were used to isolate E. coli bacteria (n= 27), biochemically analyzed, and genetically screened for virulence genes using a multiplex (PCR).
