The elections of the Council of Representatives in Iraq are one of the manifestations of political participation, which makes it attracts the attention of researchers. Where Iraq witnessed in 2005 important political events in the Iraqi arena, a pluralist parliamentary elections or elections in Iraq by direct free election on January 30, the first almost half a century ago. A description of the theoretical of the reorganization energies have been described  according to the outer-sphere Marcus model .It  is a given expression according this model unable to evaluate the reorganization energy for electron transfer at liquid /liquid interface. The spherical model approach have been used to  evaluate the radius of donor and acceptor liquid alternatively .Theoretical results of  the reorganization free energy for electron transfer at liquid/liquid interface system was  carried out . This work aims to introduce the concepts of left and right derivations in an AT-algebra and discuss some interesting theorems of these concepts. Also, a fuzzy derivation of an AT-subalgebra, a fuzzy right (left) derivation ideal, a fuzzy derivation of AT-subalgebra, and a fuzzy right (left) derivation ideal are studied. Finally, a level derivation of AT-algebras is defined and some propositions are achieved.
