The aim of the research is to find out the availability of the requirements of applying the indicators of school performance system in the public schools in Mahayel Asir educational directorate through the school planning indicator, the safety and security indicator, the active learning indicator, the student guidance indicator and determining the existence of statistically significant differences between the responses of the research community according to the variable of (scientific qualification - years of work as a principal - training courses). The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection from the research community, which consists of all the public schools’ principals (n=180) Mahayel Asir educational directorate .The research found that the participants believe to a high level that schools have the requirements of applying the indicators of school performance system with an average of (3.41). Also, it was found that they believe that the requirements of applying the security and safety indicator to a large extent with an average of (3.54), applying the Active Learning Indicator to a medium degree and with an average of (3.35), and applying the student guidance indicator to a medium degree (3.37). The research also found statistically significant differences between the average responses of the research community due to the variable of (years of work as a principal) in favor of the level of experience more than 10 years. In light of the results, the research made some recommendations.

In this study the design and installation of evaporative air cooler was carried out using completely outdoor air (fresh air) according to two stage evaporative cooling principle. The laboratory equipment was installed by designing and manufacturing a cross flow plate heat exchanger, where aluminum plates used for this purpose with dimensions (50 × 30 × 40 cm). The performance of the Indian wheat varieties (PBW34, PBW343 and WH542) was compared with the local varieties (Tamose – 2 and Abu Ghareeb). The experiment was conducted during two seasons first 2000-2001 and second 2001-2002 at AL- Twaitha experimental station , middle of Iraq. The results showed that (Tamose – 2) exceeded the other varieties in plant height and heading date in the two seasons, while WH542 gave the lowest plant height. PBW34 variety showed a significant increase in 1000 grain weight followed by PBW343 in the second season. Moreover, PBW34 and PBW343 gave the highest average of 50 spike weight in the second season.

In this study, an analytical model depending on experimental results for InPInGaAs
avalanche photodiode at low bias was presented and the characteristics of
gain for this photodiode were determined directly by the impulse response. The
model have considered the most important mechanisms contributing the
photocurrent, they are trapping, photogeneration in the undepleted region and
charge-carriers velocity due to the built-in electrical field. Also, the bandwidth
was determined as a function to the total gain of photodiode and it was mainly
determined by diffusion and trapping processes at low gain regarding to the multilayer
structure considered in this study
