Abstract
The study aims to recognize the degree of consumptions awareness of the
Iraqi family; the conscious and studied planning of the family; budget and the
object study of the rationalization s consumption.
The research study 100 specimens of both students and employees who
are housewives at the department of home economics of the college of
Education for women.

One of the most important results that the study finds is the availability of
consumption's awareness's level particularly of low income families and
college degrees hdders who are over 35.

This paper deals with a dilapidated urban part with a proposal to renew it and return it to the life cycle of the city, as in the neighborhood of Al-Mdawar, adjacent to the port of Beirut. It discusses the challenges and the need for renewal, the causes of urban deterioration, the urban development approach and the history of the regulations applied to Beirut, In the studied area. This research presents a new algorithm for classification the
shadow and water bodies for high-resolution satellite images (4-
meter) of Baghdad city, have been modulated the equations of the
color space components C1-C2-C3. Have been using the color space
component C3 (blue) for discriminating the shadow, and has been
used C1 (red) to detect the water bodies (river). The new technique
was successfully tested on many images of the Google earth and
