تعد شريحة المعلمين والمدرسين من أهم الشرائح في المجتمع لما لها من أهمية ودور كبيرين  في إعداد الأجيال إلى مراحل  دراسية الجامعية والأعمال والمهام التي يتطلبها منهم المجتمع في المستقبل ، لذا سعت الدوائر والمؤسسات التربوية للاطلاع والوقوف على المعيقات التي يمكن أن تؤثر على هذه الشريحة من حيث الإعداد أو الحجم أو التخصص أو الخبرات من اجل رفد العملية التربوية والمؤسسات التربوية بكل الإمكاني

The current research aims at identifying the level of violence against women and relationship with psychological pain according to social status . To achieve the aims of the study a sample has been chosen to be (200) employers distributed to five colleges at Baghdad university. The violence scale which consists of (23) items in its final from , and the psychological pain scale which consists of (30) items in its final form and extracted validity and reliability of the scale the findings of the study include the following :-

• The employers of Baghdad university don’t have any violence.
• The employers of Baghdad university don’t have any psychological pain .

The present study aims to explore the effectiveness of a proposed study unit based on the funds of knowledge theory in developing the attitudes towards cultural identity and the proposed study unit. Silver selenide telluride Semiconducting (Ag2Se0.8Te0.2) thin films were by thermal evaporation at RT with thickness350 nm at annealing temperatures (300, 348, 398, and 448) °K for 1 hour on glass substrates .using X-ray diffraction, the structural characteristics were calculated as a function of annealing temperatures with no preferential orientation along any plane. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and X-ray techniques are used to analyze the Ag2SeTe thin films' physical makeup and properties. AFM techniques were used to analyze the surface morphology of the Ag2SeTe films, and the results showed that the values for average diameter, surface roughness, and grain size mutation increased with annealing temperature (116.36-171.02) nm The transm
