The current research aims to determine the impact of the cognitive reconstruction program on the development of psychological hardness among middle school students through the experimental verification of three hypotheses. The research sample consisted of (16) out of (450) students selected from Ibn Rushud preparatory school- Al-Rusafa 2. These participants have been randomly distributed into two equal groups. The study used analytical and descriptive methodology in ministry of education and educational institutions in Baghdad. While the digital transformation was studied as independent variable with four dimensions, knowledge creation on the other hand was examined as dependent variable with five dimensions .The study aims to unearth the digital transformation and its reflections on knowledge creation as well as to identify the digital roles of educational institutions. Furthermore, the study sought to identify the reflections of digital transformation in the education system, particularly the ministry of education.

The study aimed to identify the E-leadership practice at Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University and to explore the obstacles that are facing the leaders in the implementation of E-leadership, in addition to find mechanisms to improve the practice of electronic driving at the university in light of the Corona pandemic. A descriptive analytical approach was used by depending on a questionnaire to collect the needed data. The study sample consisted of (139) heads of departments, attorneys' colleges and support Deanships universities. The study results showed that E-leadership employment recorded a medium to high degree.
