This study aimed identify the teachers of sociology. In the development of creative thinking. I have students in middle school .llvra literary. In schools. Second Karkh From the perspective of the teachers and the students themselves  numbered (41), a teacher and a school. As The study population   encompassed of some students the fourth and fifth preparatory stage in the Karkh II schools, totaling 200 male and female students. As the study sample were consisted of (7) and a teacher (34) and accented (85) of male students (115) were female student The researcher the questionnaire which consisted of (39) items And to achieve the objectives of the study it was ascertained sincerity And stability. And a workout the questionnaire on a sample of (20) a teacher Were analyzed using the kronbach Alpha correlation factor resulting rating of (92.5%)

Results showed as follows:

  1. The teachers and their role in the development of estimates of creative thinking of students Karkh II schools for Everybody scale .The a highly With the exception of clause (6), which was intermediate And the role of teachers in sociology. In the development of creative thinking from the perspective of students. Medium degree
  2. not find statistically significant differences in the response of teachers on the role of teachers In the development of creative thinking of the request According to the study variables While the pointed to find statistically significant differences in the response of students Halldor teachers in the development of creative thinking Among students by sex change in favor of females

3D Building Reconstruction Using DEM and Mosaic Model
...Show More Authors

A digital elevation model (DEM) is a digital representation of ground surface topography or terrain. It can be represented as a raster (a grid of squares) and it is commonly estimated by utilizing remote sensing techniques, or from land surveying. In this research a 3D building of Baghdad university campus have been performed using DEM, where the easting, northing, and elevation of 400 locations have been obtained by field survey using global positioning system (GPS). The image of the investigated area has been extracted from QuickBird satellite sensor (with spatial resolution of 0.6 m). This image has been geo-referenced by selecting ground control points of the GPS. The rectification is running, using 1st order polynomial transformation.

Fibrewise totally compact and locally totally compact spaces
...Show More Authors

In this paper we define and study new concepts of fibrwise totally topological spaces over B namely fibrewise totally compact and fibrwise locally totally compact spaces, which are generalization of well known concepts totally compact and locally totally compact topological spaces. Moreover, we study relationships between fibrewise totally compact (resp, fibrwise locally totally compact) spaces and some fibrewise totally separation axioms.

Relationship between federal budget estimates And actual implementation
...Show More Authors

he public federal budget of the state includes estimated figures for state revenues and expenditures for the next fiscal year. The estimation process is one of the main parts of the preparation of the general budget of the state and the accuracy in the estimation of revenues and expenditures of the most important principles that should be based on the process of making estimates and should not overestimate the assessment process to ensure the availability of funds in the future in all cases, which lead to unfair distribution of allocations, so the research aims to study The case of preparing the budget in the Directorate and how to estimate the expenditure in, by the analysis of operating budgets and identify deviations in the implementa

Comparison between Direct and Coherent Optical Communication System
...Show More Authors

The work in this paper focuses on the system quality of direct and coherent communication system for two computers. A system quality is represented by Signal to Noise ratio (SNR) and Bit Error Rate (BER). First part of the work includes implementation of direct optical fiber communication system and measure the system quality .The second part of the work include implementation both the( homodyne and heterodyne)coherent optical fiber communication system and measure the system quality . Laser diode 1310 nm wavelength with its drive circuit used in the transmitter circuit . A single mode of 62.11 km optical fiber is selected as transmission medium . A PIN photo detector is used in the receiver circuit. The optical D-coupler was u

Top lean zone and cardinal parameters affecting SAGD
...Show More Authors

SAGD is a thermal recovery process in which steam oil ratio, SOR, is a key parameter that can affect the economic outcome of the process. Reservoirs with underlying or overlying lean bitumen present challenges for SAGD as they can act as a heat sink. Water has higher heat capacity than the bitumen and thus requires more steam to heat up the reservoir leading to higher SOR. The potential outcome of operating SAGD in these conditions may be lower bitumen rate and higher steam injection rate, both of which affect plant throughput and thus the economic matrix of SAGD. This paper looks at the performance of SAGD process in the presence of top lean bitumen. It will examine the theoretical CSOR that is needed to produce the bitumen with different

Securing Text Messages Using Graph Theory and Steganography
...Show More Authors

Data security is an important component of data communication and transmission systems. Its main role is to keep sensitive information safe and integrated from the sender to the receiver. The proposed system aims to secure text messages through two security principles encryption and steganography. The system produced a novel method for encryption using graph theory properties; it formed a graph from a password to generate an encryption key as a weight matrix of that graph and invested the Least Significant Bit (LSB) method for hiding the encrypted message in a colored image within a green component. Practical experiments of (perceptibility, capacity, and robustness) were calculated using similarity measures like PSNR, MSE, and
